Client Requirements A branch of a five-star hotel planned lobby renovation and upgrading, requiring customized high-end acrylic decoration packages, including ceiling light-transmitting panels, column edge claddings, art ornaments and front desk decorative panels.Core demands: matching the hotel’s luxury high-end style, ultra-high clarity with zero impurities, anti-yellowing and anti-aging performance, fire retardant & flame resistance, adaptive to complex light and shadow environment of the lobby.The construction should not interfere with the hotel’s daily operation; the whole delivery cycle shall be strictly controlled within 45 days, and all products must comply with international hotel environmental protection standards.Our Solution We maintained in-depth communication with the hotel design team and developed tailor-made solutions based on the lobby spatial dimensions and overall decoration style.Adopted imported high-transparency acrylic sheets (thickness: 10-100mm, customized according to the stress-bearing requirements of different areas).Processed with high-precision CNC carving, multi-step diamond polishing and anti-yellowing UV coating treatment, combined with constant-temperature hot bending and seamless splicing technology.It effectively solved industry pain points such as splicing deformation and uneven light transmission of large-size acrylic panels.During construction, we adopted zoned operation and night-shift construction mode. The professional construction team implemented full-range finished product protection, with strict control over construction accuracy and on-site safety.All products have passed ISO9001, SGS environmental certification and fire resistance tests, fully meeting international hotel safety specifications.
