CNC Precision Carving

CNC Precision Carving is a process that uses computer numerical control technology to accurately cut and carveacryic sheets through high-precision carving machines. It can realize the processing of complex shapes and finetextures, with an error controlled within 0.01mm, and it is one of the core processes for high-end custom acrylicproducts.

Diamond Polishing
Diamond Polishing is a process that uses a diamond polishing wheel to perform high-precision grinding and polishing on the edges or surfaces of acrylic after cutting and carving. It removes scratches and burrs on the acrylic surface through physical friction, making the surface achieve a mirror-like transparent effect, which is a key process to improve the texture of acrylic products.

Thermoforming & Bending
Thermoforming & Bending is a process that heats acrylic sheets to a softening temperature (about 100-120℃), bends them into desired special-shaped shapes such as arcs, U-shapes, V-shapes, and arcs through molds or manual operations, and shapes them after cooling. It can realize the diversified shape needs of acrylic products and break the limitation of plane processing.

Bonding & Sandblasting
Bonding is a process of splicing and assembling multiple acrylic sheets or acrylic with other materials (such as metal, glass) through special acrylic glue to form a complete product; Sandblasting is a process of spraying quartz sand to the acrylic surface at high pressure through sandblasting equipment, making the surface form a matte and rough texture, achieving privacy protection or decorative effect. The two processes are often used together to meet different product needs.
