Turn Your Desk Design into a Production-Ready Specification

As an acrylic desk manufacturer, we begin with your design, target market, and intended use. We confirm whether you need a complete workstation, a clear acrylic writing desk, a custom acrylic desk with storage, or an acrylic structure combined with wood, metal, or glass. We then review the work surface, sitting clearance, equipment positions, load points, drawers, cable routes, hardware, assembly, and packing. The approved drawing and sample become the shared reference for appearance, function, inspection, delivery, and future OEM acrylic desks. This gives product, purchasing, and quality teams one clear specification before bulk production begins.
For a finished workplace model with defined structure and order scope, see our acrylic office desk.
Our Products

Acrylic Office Desks
Acrylic office desks can support writing, computer, and workplace collections. Compare worktop depth, sitting clearance, equipment layout, storage, and cable routes before selecting a design.

Clear Acrylic Desks
Clear acrylic desks keep joints and cables visible. A clear acrylic writing desk sample lets you review edge finish, connections, hardware placement, and surface protection together.

Pink Acrylic Desks
Pink acrylic desks use an approved physical color reference for panels and later batches, helping the collection retain its intended tint through sampling and repeat orders.

White Acrylic Desks
White acrylic desks can use opaque or translucent finishes. Approve the surface, edge treatment, mixed-material color match, and cleaning standard on the finished sample.
Customization Range

Table Size and Overall Size
For each desk, specify length, width, height, usable work surface, sitting clearance, leg spacing, storage, cable access, chair fit, and packed size.

Acrylic Material Type
Define cast or extruded PMMA for each component. Record the grade, thickness, color, transparency, surface, supplier reference, and any mixed materials.

Table Structure and Use
Choose an office, writing, computer, drawer, shelf, wall-side, full-acrylic, mixed-material, assembled, knock-down, modular, or component-only structure for your custom acrylic desk with storage.

Surface Treatment
Approve clear, pink, white, smoked, tea, frosted, gradient, sandblasted, printed, engraved, or custom-tinted finishes against a physical sample.

Edge and Corner Finish
Specify polished, matte, rounded, chamfered, radiused, or protected finishes for worktops, fronts, side panels, shelves, drawers, cable openings, and corners.

Branding and Personalization
Add engraving, screen printing, UV printing, serial numbers, care labels, barcodes, SKU marks, room labels, or private-label packaging as needed.

Hardware and Assembly
The approved BOM records drawer slides, pulls, locks, inserts, fasteners, glides, brackets, cable parts, spare parts, tools, and assembly instructions.

Packaging and Presentation
Choose assembled, knock-down, modular, single-SKU, or project packing, with surface separation, edge protection, hardware bags, instructions, labels, cartons, cases, and pallets.
Feature Box
Approve the Working Position, Not Just the Outside Dimensions
A desk can match the drawing and still feel awkward in daily use. Before sample approval, we review worktop depth, overall height, sitting and chair clearance, leg spacing, edge position, supports, and floor contact. We then check the finished sample for dimensions, flatness, movement, access, and the planned equipment layout. Your team can approve the complete working position, not just the outside size. This reduces fit questions, redesign, and avoidable returns when the product reaches the showroom, office, or project site.
Plan Equipment, Drawers, and Cable Routes as One Layout
Monitor arms, drawers, keyboards, and cable openings can compete for the same space. We map the equipment, support points, local reinforcement, drawer travel, hardware positions, and cable access before the sample is released. The finished unit is checked with the intended moving parts and contact areas. Your team receives one practical layout for both function and appearance. This helps prevent blocked sitting space, rubbing drawers, exposed cables, and concentrated pressure where the desk was not designed to carry it.
Keep Every SKU Clear from Assembly to Repeat Orders
Clear furniture makes missing parts, mixed hardware, and poor protection easy to notice. We link the released drawing, BOM, trial assembly, hardware bag, instructions, surface protection, carton label, and retained sample to each SKU. Receiving teams can identify the correct unit and parts without relying on guesswork. Future orders follow the same approved material, color, interfaces, assembly sequence, and packing record. This protects product consistency and reduces receiving delays, installation questions, and costly reorder drift across the program.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
Worktops, legs, side panels, modesty panels, shelves, drawer parts, supports, templates, and packing parts are cut to the released drawing.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Profiles, holes, cable openings, slots, drawer positions, inserts, hardware interfaces, and bonding surfaces are machined from the approved production file.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Visible worktop, side, shelf, drawer, and cable-opening edges are ground and diamond polished before forming or assembly.

Printing and Engraving
Printing, engraving, serial marks, care labels, barcodes, room labels, and SKU codes follow the approved artwork and position.

Hot bending
Waterfall sides, returns, shelves, rails, and curved supports are formed to the approved angle, radius, direction, and checking fixture.

Bonding
Panels, legs, shelves, drawers, supports, reinforcing parts, and mixed-material interfaces remain in assembly fixtures while the approved bonding process sets.

Quality Inspection
Inspection covers dimensions, worktop flatness, sitting space, stability, drawer action, cable openings, surfaces, joints, hardware, assembly, SKU identity, and agreed records.

Protective Packing
The approved pack keeps protective film in place and adds separators, edge protection, drawer restraints, hardware bags, instructions, labels, cartons, cases, or pallets.
Completed Customer Project Cases

United States Furniture Brand — October 2019 — Waterfall Writing Desks
Project: A United States furniture brand ordered 100 × 50 × 75 cm clear acrylic writing desks in October 2019. Each had a 15 mm waterfall body and two clear support rods.
Client’s Concern: If the long bends or floor-contact lines changed between desks, the range would look uneven and some units might rock. The brand could face rejected stock or customer returns.
Solution: We fixed the bend direction and rod positions on the approved complete desk, formed bodies in the same fixture, cooled them in place, and checked each finished profile and contact point before packing.
Result: The checked desks stood on their intended contacts and retained the approved continuous profile. The brand had a consistent writing-desk design rather than a batch of visibly different shapes.

United States Office Distributor — September 2025 — Drawer and Cable Access Worked Together
Project: A United States office-furniture distributor ordered acrylic desks with drawers and cable openings in September 2025.
Client’s Concern: The drawer slide and cable opening occupied the same rear corner. If they interfered, buyers could lose a working drawer or cable route and return the desk.
Solution: We fixed the grommet and drawer-slide positions on one machining reference, checked the drawer’s travel and the front reveal, and kept the same hole pattern across the order.
Result: The checked drawer cleared the cable zone by 25 mm and kept its stated front gap. The distributor had both working features in the finished desk rather than a trade-off discovered after assembly.

UAE Hotel Contractor — February 2026 — Mirrored Desks Fitted Common Bases
Project: A United Arab Emirates hotel fit-out contractor ordered left- and right-hand acrylic writing desks in February 2026. The two versions differed in cable-opening side but shared clear bases.
Client’s Concern: A room-side mix-up or different base hole pattern could stop installation and leave desks assigned to the wrong rooms.
Solution: We marked the cable versions separately, used one base connection gauge for both, assembled each layout with production hardware, and tied the room label to the correct desk.
Result: Both checked layouts fitted the common bases, and the assembled tops met the recorded level check. Each desk’s label identified its cable side for the hotel installation plan.

FAQ
Define the sellable unit before you approve titles, photographs, and specifications. State whether the offer is a complete acrylic desk, a worktop, legs, a monitor stand, or an organizer. Show every included part clearly. This keeps accessory searches from inflating inquiries, helps distributors compare like-for-like quotations, and reduces complaints from buyers who expected a complete workstation.
Name each visible component and its material instead of describing the whole product simply as acrylic. The product page, specification, carton mark, and sales sheet should agree on the worktop, base, connectors, and hardware. Clear identification helps customers understand appearance, care, weight, and replacement needs. It also protects your brand from avoidable acrylic-versus-glass disputes.
Base the claim on the intended task, not the product name. For a small acrylic desk, check usable depth, sitting space, chair clearance, device footprint, and expected working time. If the design only supports brief laptop use, say so. Honest positioning stops a narrow console from being oversold as a full workstation and lowers return risk in online channels.
Test a production-intent desk sample with the chairs, screens, and working habits used by your target customers. Review height, usable depth, knee and thigh clearance, reach zones, monitor sightline, and edge comfort. Record the approved chair and equipment assumptions in the specification. Your sales team then has clear guidance, and project buyers can select a suitable desk for each room or workstation.
Give the supplier a load map showing device weights, support points, clamp locations, and likely pressure on the front edge. Test deflection, movement, clamp contact, and local stress on a production-intent sample. If the acrylic desk needs a reinforcement plate or restricted clamp zone, document it before launch. This replaces a vague load claim with practical guidance for real equipment layouts.
List the devices, plug sizes, cable quantities, outlet position, and service access before freezing the design. Review the route from normal viewing angles, then decide which cables should be concealed, guided, or deliberately exposed. Treat removable power accessories as separate items unless specifically approved. A clear cable plan gives an acrylic desk cleaner product photographs, faster installation, and a better everyday experience.
Approve an acrylic desk with drawers as one seated workstation, not as separate furniture and storage parts. Check closed-position knee clearance, pull reach, internal dimensions, chair-arm interference, travel alignment, stops, and access to replaceable hardware. Test a physical sample with the intended chair. These checks protect usability and give the service team clearer information when a drawer or fitting needs attention.
Create a compatibility matrix instead of assuming that a matching appearance means matching dimensions. Compare seat height, arm height, sitting clearance, chair width, and entry space. State whether the chair is included, optional, or shown only for styling. This helps you build credible acrylic desk and chair bundles, reduce set-related returns, and offer the desk across more than one seating collection.
