Cooperative Client: A well-known hotel chain in Germany (with 80+ branches across Europe)
Demand: Customize 1200 sets of acrylic dining sets (dining table + chairs) for the hotel’s new store renovation, requiring high transparency, scratch resistance, and compliance with EU environmental and safety standards.
The design needs to fit the hotel’s minimalist style, and OEM production is required to print the hotel’s LOGO.
Customization Strength
Material Customization: Adopted high-purity PMMA acrylic material with light transmittance up to 93.5% and yellowing index < 0.6, which is non-toxic, odorless, and meets the EU E0-level environmental standard.
The surface is treated with anti-scratch technology, which can withstand long-term use in public places such as hotels.
Design & Process Customization: According to the hotel’s design drawings, we optimized the structure of the dining table and chairs to enhance load-bearing capacity (the dining table can bear 200kg, and the chair can bear 300kg).
The edge of the product is polished with CNC precision, and the rounded corner design avoids safety hazards. We completed the OEM LOGO printing with high-precision silk-screen technology, ensuring that the LOGO is clear and wear-resistant.
Batch Delivery Guarantee: With 5000+ tons of acrylic raw material inventory and a monthly production capacity of 3000 tons, we completed the production of 1200 sets of products in 40 days and delivered them on time as required.
Export Compliance
Certification: Provided complete international certifications including CE certification (compliant with EU CPR building product regulations EU No 305/2011), REACH 333 high-concern substance test report, and SGS third-party detection report, ensuring the product can smoothly pass EU customs clearance.
Label & Documentation: The product label is printed in English and German, clearly marked with origin, material, load-bearing capacity and other information, complying with EU multi-language label specifications. Provided complete export documents including commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin (Form A), and IPPC fumigation certificate for wooden packaging.
Environmental & Safety Compliance: The product’s formaldehyde emission is ≤0.124mg/m³, meeting the EU environmental standard, and no harmful substances such as phthalates and pentachlorophenol are contained.
