Quantity and Other Expectations from Customer: The order quantity was 500 sets. The customer required us to produce one sample first. Mass production could begin only after the sample was approved.
The customer also required all 500 sets to be completed within one month after placing the bulk order. The mass-produced carts had to follow the approved sample, and the dimensional deviation could not exceed 1 mm.
The customer mainly focused on delivery time and the consistency of the mass-produced carts.Before mass production, we had to make one complete sample for the customer to check the overall size, appearance, assembly, and caster movement.After the customer approved the sample, the same sample became the standard for the 500-set production order. The size and assembly position of each part had to follow the approved sample.The dimensional deviation of the finished carts could not exceed 1 mm. The full order had to be completed within one month after the bulk order was confirmed.
Material Choose：Transparent acrylic round rods and clear shelf panels were selected for this bar cart.
Size：The finished cart size was 810 × 430 × 830 mm.
Acrylic Round Rod Diameter：The diameter of the transparent acrylic round rods was 30 mm.
Color and Surface：The acrylic rods and shelf panels were transparent. Gold-colored connecting parts were used between the acrylic components.
Features of the Product
The transparent acrylic rods formed the main frame of the cart. Two clear shelves provided space for bottles, glasses, and other bar items.
Raised rails around the shelves helped prevent items from sliding off while the cart was being moved. Four casters allowed the cart to move without being lifted.
JFM Capabilities on Acrylic Bar Cart
We first produced one complete sample according to the confirmed dimensions and product structure.
The 30 mm transparent acrylic round rods were machined on a lathe. The rod length and connection positions were processed according to the confirmed drawing.
After assembly, we checked the overall dimensions, the positions of the connecting parts, the shelf installation, and the movement of the four casters.
The sample was sent to the customer for approval. After the customer confirmed the sample, it was used as the inspection standard for the 500-set mass-production order.
During mass production, the acrylic parts and assembly positions were checked against the approved sample. The dimensional deviation of the finished carts was controlled within 1 mm.
The production and inspection schedule was arranged according to the customer’s requirement to complete the 500 sets within one month.
