Complete Counter-Height Stool Programs for Trade Buyers

JFM builds complete counter-height seating for importers, wholesalers, distributors, furniture brands, and Private Label programs. Each acrylic counter stool follows an approved seat height, overall size, seat, back or backless structure, footrest, base or legs, hardware, glides, upholstery, assembly state, labels, and packing. Counter and Bar versions keep separate drawings, samples, item identification, and carton records. The approved sample controls appearance, dimensions, interfaces, trial assembly, inspection, and repeat production. Fully Assembled and KD options are quoted by channel labor and carton volume. Send your design, quantity, destination, and schedule.

Our Products

Clear Acrylic Counter Stools
Choose this acrylic counter stool when clear seat, back, legs, or frame define the design. Confirm the material, visible faces, edge finish, joints, surface protection, and approved Counter dimensions.

Backless Acrylic Counter Stools
Backless acrylic counter stools focus the specification on the seat, footrest, base or legs, glides, finished height, and assembly. Quote the complete product, not a loose seat or frame.

Acrylic Counter Stools with Backs
A backed acrylic counter stool adds the back shape, connection points, overall height, and rear protection. Seat, back, footrest, base, and hardware stay within one complete product record.

Acrylic Swivel Counter Stools
A swivel acrylic counter stool needs a confirmed mechanism, mounting interface, base, seat height, hardware, glides, and assembly method. Sample and identify the Counter version separately from the Bar-height model.

Upholstered Acrylic Counter Stools
Upholstered acrylic counter stools combine acrylic parts with foam, fabric or leather, substrate, seams, and cushion fixing. Approve each material, color, interface, and protected packing zone before bulk production.

Acrylic Counter Stools with Metal Legs
This acrylic counter stool combines an acrylic seat or seat-and-back with metal legs, frame, or footrest. Specify metal grade, finish, connections, hole pattern, fasteners, glides, and assembly state.
Customization Range

Overall Size / Approved Seat Height
Provide finished width, depth, overall height, approved Counter seat height, and key component dimensions. We apply them to the drawing, sample, inspection, labels, and packing.

Seat / Back / Footrest Configuration
Define the seat profile, back or backless construction, footrest position, and interfaces. Keep these parts together as one finished Counter product.

Acrylic Material / Thickness / Color / Surface
Identify acrylic material, thickness, color, finish, and visible faces by component. Name other transparent plastics accurately instead of grouping them as acrylic.

Base / Leg / Frame Structure
Confirm full-acrylic, acrylic-and-metal, or upholstered construction and identify each leg, frame, base, bracket, insert, pad, and finished-product connection.

Edge / Bend / Joint Finish
Specify edge profiles, polish, radii, bend angles, joint locations, bonded-zone appearance, and protected surfaces. Production checks use the same points.

Hardware / Glides / Swivel Components
Release hole centers, diameters, inserts, fasteners, footrest fittings, glides, and the approved swivel mechanism. Trial assembly confirms each interface and hardware kit.

Upholstery / Foam / COM / COL
Record upholstery material, color, direction, seam, foam, substrate, cushion dimensions, and fixing method. Confirm COM or COL responsibility before sampling.

Logo / Label / Instruction / Packaging
Supply artwork, item codes, Counter labels, assembly instructions, hardware lists, carton marks, and packing requirements so receiving identifies the correct product.
Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
One released drawing and approved sample control seat height, dimensions, seat and back shape, footrest, interfaces, holes, hardware, glides, visible acrylic, metal finish, upholstery, assembly, and packing. First-piece, in-process, and final checks use those points. Importers and brands receive a direct basis for incoming inspection and repeat-order comparison across complete acrylic counter stools.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
We set the production plan after the Counter version, sample, materials, purchased components, quantity, assembly, and packing are confirmed. Acrylic processing, metal or upholstery coordination, first-piece assembly, inspection, packing, and shipment readiness follow defined milestones. Purchasing teams coordinate launches and replenishment more confidently against the quotation and current order schedule.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups. Our manufacturability review compares suitable full-acrylic and mixed-material structures, processing, hardware, upholstery, assembly, and packing. Batch pricing reflects quantity, specification splits, component complexity, Fully Assembled or KD supply, carton volume, and order grouping. This removes avoidable material, processing, handling, and freight cost while protecting the approved appearance, fit, and packing standard.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We identify seat, back, side-frame, leg, brace, and footrest-related acrylic parts before cutting, with allowance for machining, polishing, forming, bonding, and assembly.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Profiles, radii, slots, holes, insert seats, and mounting interfaces are machined from the approved file. Matched parts stay identified through finishing and assembly.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Visible seat, back, leg, frame, cutout, and hole edges receive the specified finish. Representative edge and surface results are checked before assembly.

Printing and Engraving
Logos, item codes, Counter-version marks, assembly references, and labels follow approved artwork, language, placement, and order identification while visible surfaces remain protected.

Hot bending
For formed parts, acrylic counter stool material is heated evenly, shaped in a dedicated mould or fixture, and held while cooling. We then check angle or radius, symmetry, surface condition, seat-height relationship, and assembly fit against the released drawing and sample.

Bonding
Prepared acrylic parts are held in fixtures during bonding. We control application and handling, then check alignment, joint appearance, surrounding surfaces, and fit with the base or frame.

Quality Inspection
Each acrylic counter stool is checked for seat height, overall dimensions, edges, surfaces, bends, joints, holes, hardware, footrest, glides, upholstery, trial assembly, labels, and packing. Counter and Bar records remain separate.

Protective Packing
Visible acrylic, metal finishes, upholstery, footrests, hardware, instructions, and labels are separated and restrained to the approved assembly state and carton plan. Operators verify component count and Counter-version identity.
Application

United States Furniture Importer — April 2022: Counter Height and Footrest Position Stayed Consistent
Project: A United States furniture importer ordered 96 backless acrylic counter stools in April 2022, made in two batches. Each included a clear seat, acrylic legs, and a metal footrest.
Client’s Concern: Different seat or footrest heights and hole positions would make stools look and assemble differently. The importer could face rejected units or replacement work.
Solution: We used one seat-height gauge, drilling fixture, and footrest template, assembled the first piece, checked the hardware, and inspected packing at batch handoffs.
Result: Checked heights and hole positions stayed within the order’s recorded limits. All 96 finished stools were reconciled to 96 labeled cartons, keeping both batches on one defined build.

Australia Hospitality Wholesaler — August 2016: Mixed-Material Interfaces Matched Across Releases
Project: An Australian hospitality furniture wholesaler ordered 64 backed acrylic counter stools in August 2016 across two releases. Each combined clear panels with a metal frame and footrest.
Client’s Concern: Different acrylic-to-frame holes, glides, or fittings could leave one release harder to assemble than the other. That would delay resale and create missing-part claims.
Solution: We kept one drilling gauge and frame fixture, used a fixed metal-finish reference, checked a complete assembly, and counted the hardware and glides against the two-per-carton packing plan.
Result: The checked stools met the recorded hole, seat-height, and assembled-fit limits. All 64 units were identified in 32 cartons, with the same assembly basis across both releases.

Canada Private-Label Brand — August 2023: Upholstery and Clear Frames Followed One Approved Standard
Project: A Canadian private-label furniture brand ordered 48 upholstered acrylic counter stools in August 2023 across three production lots.
Client’s Concern: Different leg spacing, cushion placement, or upholstery direction would make the stools look inconsistent in a retail range and could trigger returns.
Solution: We used fixed leg and footrest gauges, an upholstery reference, a cushion template, and a complete assembly check for each lot. We packed each stool under its identified version.
Result: Checked leg spacing, cushion position, and seat height stayed within their recorded limits. All 48 stools matched 48 labeled cartons, keeping the three lots together as one product version.

FAQ
You should confirm that the manufacturer supplies a complete Counter-height stool, not only an acrylic seat or frame. Ask who controls the seat, back, footrest, base or legs, hardware, glides, upholstery, assembly, labels, and packing. You should also require an approved Counter version, component list, sample plan, inspection points, and repeat-order records before comparing quotations.
You can develop a custom stool from your drawing, physical sample, product image, BOM, or existing item. Provide the approved seat height, overall dimensions, seat and back structure, footrest, base, acrylic appearance, metal finish, upholstery, hardware, glides, branding, assembly format, and packing. These details are reviewed for manufacturability and converted into your sample and bulk-production scope.
You should define the target market, approved Counter dimensions, product structure, materials by component, finish, quantity by design, annual forecast, assembly format, labels, instructions, and packing limits. You can plan for a 50–200-piece MOQ, confirmed by design and order scope. These inputs let your quotation account for repeatable production, channel handling, replenishment, and consistent product identification.
You should approve separate drawings, seat heights, overall dimensions, footrest positions, samples, item identification, labels, hardware kits, and packing for each version. Your current order should cover only the approved Counter-height product. During production and repeat orders, you should cite the approved Counter item and list changes so the factory does not rely on a shared style name.
You should first approve the drawing, component materials, finish samples, complete product sample, assembly state, and packing scope. Inspection then compares seat height, overall dimensions, acrylic shape and surface, holes, edges, footrest and base fit, metal finish, upholstery, hardware, glides, labels, assembly, and packing with your approved requirements. Material names are checked by component so transparent plastic is not described generically as acrylic.
You receive a complete sample after the Counter version, drawing, materials, component list, finish, assembly state, and packing scope are confirmed. Sample production normally takes 3–7 days from that confirmation point. You should approve seat height, overall dimensions, appearance, footrest position, component fit, hardware, glides, labels, instructions, and packing; those approved items then guide your bulk order.
You can choose Fully Assembled or KD after confirming the structure, destination, carton limit, freight priorities, and channel installation ability. For KD packing, you should approve trial assembly, hole alignment, hardware kits, glides, instructions, labels, and spare parts. For assembled packing, you should approve surface separation, component protection, movement restraint, and the final carton plan before production packing begins.
You receive a 10–35-day bulk production schedule after the approved sample or specification, quantity, materials, packing, and commercial terms are confirmed; exact timing depends on order quantity and product complexity. For repeat orders, provide your previous order number or approved sample and list every change. Your current Counter version is then reconfirmed for dimensions, materials, finishes, assembly, labels, hardware, and packing.
