Complete C-Shaped Furniture for Trade Programs

JFM builds complete acrylic C tables for importers, wholesalers, distributors, and furniture brands. Each acrylic C table is released as one finished product with a defined top, support, base, open side, dimensions, material, color, finish, optional storage or casters, hardware, assembly state, and packing. We choose one-piece hot bending, bonded parts, or mechanical fastening to suit the approved design. The drawing and sample control shape, clearance, parallel faces, bend or joint appearance, component fit, labeling, and carton contents. Your purchasing team can then compare quotations, approve bulk output, receive goods, and place repeat orders against the same specification.

Our Products

Clear Acrylic C Tables
For a clear acrylic C table, approve visible faces, edges, bend or joint appearance, surface standard, feet, hardware, and protective packing before bulk production.

Acrylic C Tables with Wheels
Acrylic C tables with wheels require an approved caster type, mounting interface, hole position, hardware kit, movement check, assembly state, and protective packing.

Sofa Acrylic C Tables
Choose the overall size, top, base footprint, open-side clearance, bend or joint route, floor contact, and carton format for each sofa acrylic C table.

Bedside Acrylic C Tables
Bedside versions remain complete C-shaped furniture rather than nightstands. Release the dimensions, open side, visible finish, edge detail, floor protection, assembly state, and packing together.

Acrylic Laptop C Tables
Laptop-use versions are complete tables, not device stands. Define the top, clearance, base footprint, construction, edge profile, surface, hardware, and packing for your sales channel.

Colored Acrylic C Tables
Colored versions use an approved color reference across visible faces, formed areas, edges, joints, feet or casters, labels, and the final packing presentation.

Acrylic C Table Structure and Use
Choose one-piece hot bending, bonded parts, or mechanical fastening. Add storage, shelves, casters, feet, or glides only where the finished design requires them.

Surface Treatment
Confirm the approved appearance and visible surfaces for clear, tinted, frosted, gradient, or printed finishes, including protective-film removal points and artwork position.

Edge and Corner Finish
Release polished, eased, rounded, chamfered, or formed edges by location. Your drawing should distinguish customer-facing edges, hidden interfaces, holes, cutouts, and corner profiles.

Branding and Personalization
Provide logo artwork, engraving or print method, item code, barcode, label language, reading direction, position, color reference, and the sample or proof required for approval.

Hardware and Assembly
List casters, feet, glides, inserts, bolts, washers, brackets, tools, spare parts, and supplier responsibility. Confirm Fully Assembled, KD, or selected separated components during sampling.

Packaging and Presentation
Set the assembly state, surface separators, hardware restraint, instructions, carton labels, retail or neutral presentation, carton limits, destination, and customer acceptance requirements.
Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
One released drawing and approved acrylic C table sample define the complete shape, dimensions, open-side clearance, top-to-base relationship, bend or joint appearance, color, edges, surface, accessories, hardware, labels, assembly, and packing. First-piece, in-process, and final checks use these points, so purchasing and receiving teams can compare bulk and repeat orders against one standard and identify drift before cartons reach the warehouse.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
We set the acrylic C table production plan after confirming the drawing, sample, material, color, accessories, quantity, commercial terms, assembly state, and packing. Checkpoints cover material preparation, machining, bending or bonding, incoming hardware, first pieces, batch inspection, pack approval, and dispatch preparation. The quotation and order record the production window and change cut-off, helping your team align approvals, purchasing, launches, and replenishment.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply removes intermediary markups. Manufacturability review compares one-piece bending, bonded construction, and mechanical fastening to remove avoidable material or processing cost while preserving the approved quality. We also compare viable material, hardware, assembly, and packing routes. Batch pricing reflects quantity, color and model mix, accessories, assembly state, carton volume, and order grouping, giving importers, wholesalers, and brands a clearer basis for supplier and landed-cost comparison.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
Each top, support, base, shelf, and packing component is identified from the released file before cutting. Protective film and part identity stay in place for downstream work.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Profiles, holes, slots, insert locations, caster or foot interfaces, artwork references, and assembly surfaces follow the approved drawing. Related parts retain their model and revision identity.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Visible top, support, base, cutout, and hole edges receive the specified machining, polishing, or forming route. Operators check the released profile before bending, bonding, or assembly.

Printing and Engraving
Logos, item codes, assembly marks, serial references, and labels follow the approved artwork, color, position, reading direction, and product revision while protected surfaces remain covered.

Hot bending
When the acrylic C table uses a formed structure, we heat the acrylic evenly, place it in a dedicated fixture for the approved angle and radius, and hold it while cooling. After release, we check the overall shape, angle or radius, top-to-base relationship, symmetry, surface condition, and fit with storage, casters, or hardware.

Bonding
Prepared parts are held in the defined fixture during bonding. We control application and handling, then check alignment, visible joints, surrounding surfaces, open-side geometry, and fit with connected parts.

Quality Inspection
Inspection compares overall dimensions, top and base relationship, open-side clearance, formed or bonded shape, visible surfaces, color, edges, accessory fit, hardware completeness, labels, assembly state, and packing.

Protective Packing
Visible acrylic stays separated from casters, hardware, tools, and mixed materials. Operators verify film, separators, edge protection, restrained accessories, instructions, carton identity, component count, and destination marks.
Application

Italy — March 2025: C Tables Kept a Consistent Shape and Finish
Project: An Italian furniture brand ordered 84 one-piece clear acrylic C tables in March 2025. Each had a formed top, support, and base.
Client’s Concern: If tops and bases were not parallel or visible edges differed, tables displayed together would look uneven. The brand could have to sort or reject finished pieces.
Solution: We used one forming fixture, checked the bend radius, height, opening, and parallel surfaces, then protected each table’s clear faces in an identified carton.
Result: The checked tables stayed within the recorded shape and parallelism limits, and all 84 finished pieces were matched to 84 cartons. The brand had a consistent formed design rather than a mix of profiles.

Germany — September 2025: Amber C Tables Matched Across the Batch
Project: A German furniture wholesaler ordered 72 amber acrylic C tables with storage pockets in September 2025.
Client’s Concern: Different color, edge finishes, joints, or pocket openings would make stock appear mismatched and could prevent the storage feature from working as sold.
Solution: We used the approved color board, one cutting file, a bonding fixture, a pocket-opening gauge, and first-piece checks before protecting each finished table.
Result: Checked dimensions, openings, and joint alignment stayed within the recorded order limits. All 72 tables were identified at packing, giving the wholesaler a consistent finished model and working storage pocket.

Australia — July 2023: Every Mobile C Table Had the Parts to Assemble
Project: An Australian furniture distributor ordered 60 mobile acrylic C tables in July 2023. The flat-packed design had a clear body, four casters, and two fastener types.
Client’s Concern: Wrong hole patterns or missing wheel fittings could leave a boxed table impossible to assemble. The distributor would face replacement requests and unsellable kits.
Solution: We used one drilling file for the body, checked caster-plate positions, assembled a complete table, and packed labeled body and wheel hardware in separated zones.
Result: The checked body and caster plates fitted the specified connections, and packing records matched 60 component sets, hardware kits, and cartons. The distributor had complete mobile-table kits rather than loose parts to reconcile.

FAQ
You can develop clear or colored C tables, fixed-foot or caster versions, and one-piece hot-bent, multi-piece bonded, or mechanically fastened constructions. Your choice should follow the intended look, dimensions, hardware, packing plan, and sales channel. This page covers complete C-shaped tables; side, end, coffee, console, dining, and office tables should be sourced under their own product specifications.
You should send the overall dimensions, sofa or bed clearance, acrylic thickness and color, construction method, edge and surface finish, hardware or caster details, branding, order quantity by SKU, assembly preference, packing requirements, and delivery destination. A drawing, reference image, or physical sample helps clarify your target. Your quotation can then reflect the actual material, process, packing, and order structure.
Your typical MOQ is 50–200 pieces, depending on the design, color, hardware, packing, and SKU mix. Sample production is typically 3–7 days after your complete specifications and commercial details are confirmed. If your project combines several colors or configurations, share the quantity for each SKU so the factory can confirm a practical order structure and sample plan before production.
Your approved drawing and sample should define the dimensions, clearance, acrylic color and finish, edge treatment, bends or joints, hardware, labels, and packing method. These become the comparison standard for bulk production. Avoid changing the design after production begins. If a change is essential, you should pause the affected work, confirm cost and timing impacts, and approve the revised detail before production resumes.
Your inspection plan should compare first pieces, in-process units, and finished goods with the approved drawing and sample. Relevant checks include overall geometry, bends or bonded joints, visible surfaces, color, edge finish, hardware or caster fit, labels, and packing execution. Agree on the checkpoints and acceptance details before production so your team can review deviations early instead of discovering them after the order is completed.
You can choose Fully Assembled, KD, or a format with selected hardware packed separately when the design permits. The right option depends on the construction, carton limits, sales channel, and destination handling. Confirm the assembly route during sampling, then approve a packing trial that protects visible surfaces and edges, identifies loose hardware, and gives your warehouse or customer a clear unpacking and assembly sequence.
Bulk production is typically 10–35 days after your approved sample, final quantity and SKU mix, material and hardware details, packing method, and commercial terms are confirmed. More complex colors, constructions, hardware, or multi-SKU orders may require a different schedule. Your quotation or order confirmation should state the agreed production window, approval cut-off, and any customer-supplied items that could affect the start date.
For a repeat order, reference your previous purchase order, approved drawing or sample, acrylic color and finish, hardware, labels, and packing specification. List every requested change instead of assuming the earlier configuration still applies. If you change a material, dimension, construction, hardware item, or packing method, approve the affected sample or first piece again. This protects your catalog consistency while keeping changes traceable.
