Complete clear desk manufacturing

A clear acrylic desk is a complete writing or computer furniture piece with a work surface, supports, agreed storage and fittings. For importers, wholesalers and brands, the drawing or reference sample defines dimensions, transparent appearance, assembly state and protective packing. We use that scope to make a complete sample and parts list for approval. Production and repeat orders follow the approved configuration, with visible faces, edges and joints checked on finished desks.
Our Products

Clear Acrylic Writing Desks
A clear acrylic desk for writing needs agreed worktop depth, seated clearance, edge finish and support positions for the finished unit.

Clear Acrylic Computer Desks
A clear acrylic desk for computer use needs equipment space, cable openings and fittings checked on the assembled unit before production.

Clear Acrylic Vanity-and-Work Desks
A seated clear desk serves both writing and vanity work; specify the shared work surface, clearance and any agreed drawer, mirror or power component separately.

Clear Acrylic Waterfall Desks
A continuous bent profile gives this finished desk its clear silhouette; approve the bend radius, worktop height and protective packing together.

Clear Acrylic Desks with Storage Shelves
Integrated shelves form part of the complete desk; confirm usable shelf space, connection details, hardware and carton contents for every version.

Clear Acrylic Desks with Drawers
Built-in drawers create a complete storage desk; approve drawer movement, clearances, pulls, fasteners and the matching replacement-part version.
Customization Range

Desk Size and Overall Size
Set overall width, depth and height alongside usable work surface, sitting clearance and carton limits for your clear acrylic desk.

Acrylic Material Type
Identify the acrylic grade and thickness by component, then distinguish any glass, metal or wood parts in the finished desk.

Desk Structure and Use
Choose a writing, computer or vanity-and-work function, then define the support layout, storage and assembled or KD construction.

Surface Treatment
Approve the visible clear tone, principal faces and finish on the physical sample under agreed viewing conditions.

Edge and Corner Finish
Specify polished, rounded or chamfered worktop and side edges so appearance and handling match the approved sample.

Branding and Personalization
Place a restrained logo, product label or barcode where it remains visible and consistent across private-label batches.

Hardware and Assembly
Record drawer fittings, connectors, glides, fasteners and instructions against the exact desk version before a trial assembly.

Packaging and Presentation
Select assembled or KD packing, surface separators, edge protection and carton identity for your distribution channel.
Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
A clear acrylic desk makes changes in tone, edge finish, joints and hardware visible. We compare first pieces and finished units with the approved sample, including storage where specified. Buyers can assess the batch and future replenishment against the same finished-desk standard.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
After the construction, storage parts and quantities are confirmed, we plan material readiness, production, inspection and packing by version. Buyers can see which designs share a dispatch window and what changes would alter it.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups. We compare buildable thicknesses, part layouts, bending or joining methods, assembly choices and protective packs against the approved desk appearance and function. Quantity, assembled or KD format, carton volume and compatible order grouping shape the quote. You can select workable cost choices while retaining the clear finish and component fit your channel needs.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut worktops, supports and storage parts to the released cutting list, keeping component identity with each desk version.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC machining forms profiles, openings and connection points against the approved file so parts match at assembly.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We polish exposed worktop and support edges, then compare the visible finish with the signed sample.

Printing and Engraving
Artwork, logo or part marks follow the confirmed location and scale, supporting brand consistency and carton identification.

Hot bending
For waterfall bends, heat acrylic evenly, form it on a jig, cool it in place and check finished shape, surface and assembly fit.

Bonding
Where a design uses separate pieces, joining fixtures hold worktops and supports in position while the connection sets. We inspect the visible seam and finished fit.

Quality Inspection
First-piece, process and final checks compare clear faces, dimensions, edges, joints, fittings and assembled desk identity with the released standard.

Protective Packing
We separate clear surfaces from hardware, restrain components and match labels, instructions and carton contents to the approved packing plan.
Completed Customer Project Cases

United States furniture brand — October 2019: Waterfall desk profiles stayed consistent
Project: A United States furniture brand ordered 100 × 50 × 75 cm clear acrylic waterfall writing desks in October 2019. The desks used 15 mm acrylic and two clear support rods.
Client’s Concern: Different bends or floor-contact lines would make desks look uneven when displayed together. That could weaken the brand’s range and create extra sorting before sale.
Solution: We set the bend direction and rod positions on the approved complete desk, formed the bodies in the same fixture, cooled them in position, and checked the finished profile and contact points before packing.
Result: The checked desks stood on their intended contacts and kept the approved worktop-to-side silhouette. The brand had a coordinated finished range rather than visibly different bend profiles.

United Kingdom furniture importer — November 2020: Mixed components assembled as one desk
Project: A United Kingdom furniture importer ordered 1500 × 800 × 762 mm transparent work desks in November 2020. Each desk combined a glass top, clear acrylic legs, and metal crossbars.
Client’s Concern: A crossbar or top paired with the wrong leg version could leave a boxed desk unbuildable, creating replacement work and unsellable stock.
Solution: We grouped the glass, left and right legs, crossbars, and fittings as one component set. We checked their mating positions, assembled a complete desk from production parts, and separated metal from the glass and acrylic faces during packing.
Result: The checked production parts formed the approved desk, and the corresponding components stayed together in the pack. The importer had matched assembly sets instead of cartons containing incompatible parts.

United States wholesale buyer — September 2024: Drawer version stayed with its desk
Project: A United States wholesale buyer replenished compact clear acrylic desks in September 2024. Each desk measured 80 × 40 × 75 cm and had a drawer beneath its 15 mm worktop.
Client’s Concern: A drawer from the wrong version could catch under the top even if the outside dimensions matched. The buyer would then face unusable desk sets and replacement requests.
Solution: We checked the drawer opening and support interface against the approved complete desk, trial-fitted production parts, and packed each matching drawer with its desk version.
Result: The checked drawers opened and closed in the fitted desks, and each packed drawer remained paired with the right version. The replenishment kept the working drawer feature the buyer expected.

FAQ
For a clear acrylic desk quote, define the work surface, supports, joints, feet and any agreed shelf or drawer as one deliverable unit. Mark the actual material of each part, especially where glass or metal is used. A clear support under an opaque main top does not by itself make a clear desk. The approved drawing and parts list should name what ships together.
Send a drawing or reference image, overall dimensions, transparent component scope, edge and surface target, hardware and storage requirements, assembly format, quantity by design, packing unit, destination and target production date. Ask factories to quote the same complete desk and protective carton scope. Record any alternative material or construction as a separate quotation version.
A shared tone and visible-edge reference can guide the range, but approve a complete sample and drawing for each distinct construction. A bent waterfall body, a desk with separate supports and a drawer assembly have different visible joints and component interfaces. Keep each approved sample linked to its own bill of materials and pack version.
Inspect the complete desk sample at the agreed viewing positions. Confirm the clear tone, visible faces, polished edges, bend or joint appearance, alignment of work surface and supports, and visible fittings. Record accepted details on the sample and drawing. Production pieces can then be checked against the actual approved desk, including shelves or drawers where specified.
JFM’s general MOQ baseline is 50–200 pieces per released desk design, and sample production is generally 3–7 days after the drawing, materials, finish, hardware, assembly and pack are agreed. Confirm the applicable minimum, sample scope and project schedule in the quotation for your design.
Confirm assembled or knock-down delivery for each approved construction before the sample and carton plan are released. A KD desk needs a matched work surface, supports, drawer or shelf parts where applicable, fittings and instructions. Try assembling production components, keep loose hardware apart from clear faces, and label each carton so receiving teams can identify one complete desk.
JFM publishes a general bulk-production range of 10–35 days; the actual project window depends on quantity and desk complexity. Confirm the complete design, components, assembly, packaging and commercial terms before scheduling production, inspection and packing. Recheck any drawer, joint or material change before that version starts.
Reference the earlier approved complete desk sample, dated drawing, parts list, clear appearance reference, fittings, assembly instructions, labels and carton plan. Specify quantities by design and list every intended change. The factory can compare the new request with the previous released version and confirm any sample, quotation or schedule update before making replacement stock.
