Clear side table manufacturing

A clear acrylic side table is a complete furniture unit with a top, support or base, and any agreed feet, shelf, casters or fittings. Your drawing or reference sets the clear tone, edges, joints, component count and assembly state. We approve a finished sample, then check production units against it. Each table or nesting set has its own parts list and packing unit, so importers, wholesalers and brands can order and receive the intended model.
Our Products

Clear Acrylic C-Shaped Side Tables
A sliding base and offset top create a complete side table. Define the top, return and base dimensions together, then choose assembled and KD packing.

Clear Acrylic Square Side Tables
A square top pairs with the agreed support or base. Specify edge profile, corners and component split so each carton contains the matching furniture unit.

Clear Acrylic Round Side Tables
A circular top and approved support form the finished table. Align the top connection, visible perimeter and protective pack for repeatable presentation.

Clear Acrylic Nesting Side Tables
Differently sized pieces form one named set. Confirm their pairing, count and non-abrasive separation in packing before you price or replenish it.

Clear Acrylic Side Tables with Shelves
An integrated lower shelf adds a defined component to the table. Check its supports, usable opening and hardware count against the released assembly version.

Clear Acrylic Side Tables with Wheels
A complete table includes specified casters and fittings. Confirm brake option, mounting, instructions and carton restraint for channel assembly and receiving.
Customization Range

Side Table Size and Overall Size
Define overall W × D × H and top-to-base proportions for each complete table; nesting sets need dimensions for every piece.

Acrylic Material Type
Approve clear acrylic grade and visual reference by component; identify any glass, metal or wood separately in mixed-material designs.

Side Table Structure and Use
Choose C-shaped, square, round, nesting, shelved or wheeled construction and define the full unit or set.

Surface Treatment
Specify the clear-face appearance standard and any printed or textured area on the exact component where it appears.

Edge and Corner Finish
Set the visible edge profile and corner treatment on the sample so finished tables share the same presentation.

Branding and Personalization
Place logo artwork on the agreed surface and lock its size and orientation with your packaging identity.

Hardware and Assembly
Name shelf fittings, feet, casters, brake options and fasteners; select assembled or KD delivery for each configuration.

Packaging and Presentation
Define table or set count per carton, separated clear faces, hardware zone, labels and destination handling.
Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
Transparent side tables make changes in faces, edges, joints and top-to-base alignment visible. We compare finished units with the approved sample and check nesting pieces as complete matched sets. Shelves, casters and fittings are counted with the relevant model for bulk acceptance and later replenishment.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
Side tables and nesting sets need different component and carton plans. Once quantities, fittings and assembly formats are confirmed, we schedule production, inspection and packing by design. A change to casters, set count or cartons triggers an updated plan for that group, so importers can coordinate receiving.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups. We review cutting, polishing, forming, assembly and protective-pack options to remove avoidable material or process cost while retaining the agreed finish and structure. Quantities by model or set, component count, carton volume and order grouping shape the batch quote. You can choose a workable specification for each style without losing its approved quality target.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
Cut clear panels for tops, supports and shelves to the released part list, allowing planned edge finishing.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Machine contours and connection features from the approved file, then check mating parts before assembly.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Finish exposed edges and corners against the signed appearance sample, with attention to the visible clear perimeter.

Printing and Engraving
Apply approved artwork only where the design calls for it; confirm position on the assembled table.

Hot bending
For genuinely bent designs, heat evenly, form in a dedicated fixture, cool in position, then check finished shape, surface and assembly fit.

Bonding
Join specified separate parts where the construction requires it, checking seam appearance and alignment on the assembled unit.

Quality Inspection
Compare first pieces, in-process parts and finished tables with the sample, drawing, parts list and set count.

Protective Packing
Separate clear faces, edges and loose hardware according to the released pack plan; verify carton identity before dispatch.
Application

Canada — June 2023: Consistent Side Tables Led to a Larger Repeat Order
Project: A Canadian furniture importer ordered one-piece clear acrylic side tables in June 2023. Each table measured 40 × 33 × 39 cm and was formed from 8 mm acrylic.
Client’s Concern: If the bends or polished edges varied across the order, tables displayed together would look mismatched. The importer could face returns or have to sort stock before selling it.
Solution: We used the approved table as the appearance reference. We checked the first piece, made patrol checks during production, sampled finished tables, and used full inspection if needed. We also kept hard packing materials away from the clear faces.
Result: The checked tables matched the approved corner and edge appearance, avoiding the visible batch variation the importer feared. The customer later reordered the same model and appearance at five times the first order’s quantity.

Australia — August 2024: Two-Shelf Table Kits Assembled From Their Packed Parts
Project: An Australian furniture wholesaler ordered flat-packed clear acrylic side tables in August 2024. Each 400 × 457 × 508 mm table had two open shelves.
Client’s Concern: A top, shelf, or support from another version could make a carton impossible to assemble. The wholesaler would then have to sort parts or replace a saleable unit.
Solution: We set the mating positions on a complete approved table and trial-assembled production parts. We grouped the matching top, two shelves, supports, and fittings in each table kit, with clear faces separated in the pack.
Result: The checked parts assembled into the approved two-shelf table, and each verified kit contained the matching components. The wholesaler had complete table sets to identify and sell without recombining loose parts.

Netherlands — March 2026: Three-Piece Nesting Sets Stayed Complete
Project: A Netherlands furniture brand ordered three-piece clear acrylic nesting side-table sets in March 2026. The large, middle, and small tables had different approved dimensions.
Client’s Concern: A missing table or two pieces of the wrong size would stop the set from nesting. That would leave the brand with an incomplete item it could not sell as advertised.
Solution: We identified each size within its set, trial-nested the finished tables from large to small, counted all three pieces, and protected their visible faces together in one identified carton.
Result: Each checked carton contained the three correctly stepped tables, and the pieces nested in the approved order. The brand’s saleable unit remained a complete three-piece set rather than a mix of individual tables.

FAQ
State the selling and receiving unit before pricing: one complete table or a named set with a confirmed piece count. List the top, supports, shelf, caster and fittings actually included, and identify the material of any glass or metal component. For a nesting design, approve the sizes and pairing order as one set rather than pricing one small table as the whole group.
Provide a drawing or reference, overall dimensions for every table in the unit, clear appearance and edge target, component materials, fittings, assembly state, quantity per design or set, carton scope, destination and target date. Request one complete-unit quote for the same approved materials and protective packing. Separate optional shelves, brakes, logos or alternate structures in the quotation.
Approve the complete side table or every table in a nesting set. Check transparent faces, clear tone, visible corners, edges and joints, top-to-support alignment, and the fit of shelves or casters where included. Record the accepted sample with its drawing, parts list and packaging version so the first production pieces have a physical reference.
Compare first pieces and finished tables to the approved sample at the same defined visible areas. Include faces, corners, joints, support alignment and the actual shelf or caster interfaces. Check a nesting product as a complete matched set. If a part, surface treatment or fitting changes, confirm the revised sample, price and production impact before releasing that version.
JFM’s general MOQ baseline is 50–200 pieces, and sample production is generally 3–7 days after the design, finish, fittings, assembly and packing unit are agreed. Confirm whether one piece means a single table or a complete nesting set, then set the applicable minimum by released design and quantity split.
Choose an assembled or knock-down (KD) format according to the approved structure and trial assembly. For KD or wheeled tables, match each clear top and support with its own fittings, casters and instructions. Separate transparent faces and finished corners from loose hardware, and mark the carton with the table model or nesting-set identity and complete contents.
JFM publishes a general bulk-production range of 10–35 days; the project window depends on quantity and complexity. Confirm the full table or set, per-design quantities, materials, shelves or wheels, assembly and carton unit before setting production and packing milestones. Recheck the affected group if set composition, hardware or packaging changes.
Send the prior approved sample reference, drawing, parts list, clear appearance and edge reference, fittings, assembly instructions, carton plan and labels. List quantities per table or complete set and flag all intended changes. This lets purchasing and the factory confirm that the replenishment is the same sellable unit rather than a visually similar table with different parts.
