Small Tables Built as Complete Furniture

A small acrylic table is a complete furniture unit with its own top and support. Because small has no fixed threshold, specify the finished length, width and height for each coffee, side, console, nesting, C or folding design. We use your drawing or sample to settle components, assembly and packing before production. You can then compare each quote by material, edge finish, connections and carton scope while keeping the designs distinct at receiving and reorder.
Our Products

Small Acrylic Coffee Tables
A compact low table needs its own top, support and finished height. Specify the complete unit and carton when developing a coordinated furniture range.

Small Acrylic Side Tables
A small side table can use a slim support or enclosed form. Confirm the assembled outline, visible edges and pack for repeat orders.

Small Acrylic Console Tables
A narrow console table combines a long top with its own support and overall height. Quote the complete design, not an isolated acrylic surface.

Small Acrylic Nesting Tables
A nesting set is one defined sales unit. Record piece count, size progression, nesting clearance and carton identification so every set can be received complete.

Small Acrylic C Tables
A C-shaped table has an opening and formed or joined support. Confirm the actual completed structure and packaging before pricing a compact style.

Small Folding Acrylic Tables
A folding design includes its top, frame and operating hardware. Approve the complete action and packed state rather than treating the top as the product.
Customization Range

Small Table Size and Overall Size
Define the finished top length and width, overall height and sales unit separately for each small acrylic table style.

Acrylic Material Type
Identify acrylic type, thickness and color by finished component, with any glass or metal parts recorded separately.

Small Table Structure and Use
Choose coffee, side, console, nesting, C or folding construction, then confirm support, connection and assembly state.

Surface Treatment
Approve clear, tinted, frosted, printed or engraved surfaces against the actual finished sample.

Edge and Corner Finish
Specify the visible edge profile and corner treatment for each top and support, especially where styles share one collection.

Branding and Personalization
Locate your logo, model code and carton label so warehouse teams can distinguish designs and set components.

Hardware and Assembly
List inserts, fasteners, hinges or feet only where the approved complete design uses them; trial-assemble matching parts.

Packaging and Presentation
Set the piece count, assembled or KD state, separators and carton identity for each sales unit.
Feature Box
Keep Each Small-Table Design Consistent
Buyers often combine several small acrylic table designs with one shared finish. We check the first unit and production pieces against each approved sample for top dimensions, height, edge, support and connection. For nesting sets, we also check the agreed piece count and height sequence. This gives your quality team a clear basis for accepting the order and later reorders.
Plan Mixed-Style Production Clearly
A mixed small acrylic table order may include different materials, assembly and packing paths. We set separate milestones for cutting, forming where needed, assembly, inspection and cartons after drawings, quantities and components are approved. Changes to a design or set composition trigger a review of the affected schedule. Your purchasing and warehouse teams can plan from those confirmed milestones.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply removes an intermediary layer from the quote for your complete small acrylic table. We review cutting, joining and finishing steps for avoidable cost, then compare viable materials, supports, assembly and packing at the same approved quality. Quantity by style, shared components, assembled or KD state, carton volume and order grouping shape the batch quote and landed-cost comparison.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut top and support blanks by approved style and material, keeping each small acrylic table dimension tied to its sales unit.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC profiles, holes and connection seats follow each design file so support and tabletop parts pair correctly.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We finish exposed tops and support edges to the approved profile, then compare visible faces with the sample.

Printing and Engraving
Approved logos and item marks follow their specified artwork and position on the product or relevant component.

Hot bending
Where a C support or formed leg is specified, we heat evenly, shape on its jig, cool in place and check form and assembly.

Bonding
Joined acrylic components are positioned in the assembly fixture so the finished table follows its released construction.

Quality Inspection
Checks cover complete dimensions, appearance, connections and nesting or folding action where the approved model requires them.

Protective Packing
We separate clear faces, restrain hardware and identify each finished table or nesting set before closing its carton.
Application

United States Furniture Importer — October 2023: Small Side Tables Matched the Approved Height
Project: In October 2023, a US importer ordered compact acrylic side tables with a 450 × 450 mm top and 520 mm overall height.
Client’s Concern: If bulk tables drifted from the approved sample in top size or height, one listed product would arrive in visibly different versions. That could delay acceptance and create customer complaints.
Solution: We used the approved complete sample as the top-and-height reference. The first assembled table and later production pieces were checked for support position and exposed edge, and the top, support and carton were identified as one finished model.
Result: Inspected tables followed the approved top envelope and height, with their support positions checked on assembled units. The sample-to-bulk mismatch feared by the importer did not appear in those pieces.

United Kingdom Furniture Wholesaler — August 2024: Nesting Sets Packed with the Correct Pieces
Project: In August 2024, a UK wholesaler ordered two-piece small acrylic nesting-table sets: a 450 × 450 × 500 mm larger table and a 380 × 380 × 420 mm smaller one.
Client’s Concern: A missing partner or wrong height relationship would leave a carton that could not be sold as the advertised set. Correcting incomplete sets would slow warehouse dispatch.
Solution: We checked that a finished small table nested beneath its matching large table. The two pieces were given one set identity, counted together, and packed in a carton labeled for that specific pair.
Result: Each inspected carton contained both size-matched tables, and the smaller table nested under the approved larger one. No incomplete sales set was found in the checked cartons.

Germany Private-Label Furniture Brand — March 2026: KD Low Tables Assembled with Their Own Hardware
Project: In March 2026, a German private-label brand ordered knock-down compact acrylic tables with a 500 × 500 mm top and 420 mm finished height.
Client’s Concern: If the top holes, support and included fasteners did not match, customers could not assemble the table. The brand would then have to supply missing parts or handle returns.
Solution: We kept the hole positions and four M6 fasteners on the same approved construction as the top and support. Production parts were trial-assembled, and the matching fastener set and instructions were counted into the carton with those parts.
Result: The top and support fitted together in the completed trial assembly, and inspected cartons contained the same four-fastener set used for it. The fit-and-hardware mismatch the brand feared was not found in the inspected units.

Surface and Edge Protection
A published acrylic-furniture pack uses PE film or bag, pearl-cotton or bubble separation, foam board, wooden case, and pallet to stop surface contact.
Sets and Carton Identification
Nesting sizes remain separate SKUs. Carton labels list each size, color, pieces per set, quantity, destination, store, room, or project zone.

FAQ
List each complete table as a coffee, side, console, nesting, C or folding design, with its top, support and intended sales unit. Small is not a manufacturing dimension: provide top length and width, overall height and any set composition. Identify acrylic, glass or metal by component. This lets the factory quote furniture rather than a display riser or loose tabletop.
Send a drawing or reference sample for each design, with finished dimensions, materials, visible edges and color, connections, assembly state, quantity, labels, packing method and destination. State whether nesting pieces are priced as a set. Ask suppliers to quote the same complete unit and carton scope so you can compare factory offers and landed-cost inputs on a like-for-like basis.
The starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, with the applicable minimum confirmed against each design, material, construction, packing plan and quantity split. Sample production normally takes 3–7 days after your complete drawing, dimensions, appearance target, component scope, assembly and commercial details are confirmed. Give the planned quantity for each coffee, side or other table style; a combined order total does not automatically qualify every different SKU for the same minimum or sample schedule.
Set one acceptance record per design, linking the approved sample to its drawing, table height, top outline, visible edge and color, support position, hardware and assembly fit. Compare first pieces, work in progress and finished units with that record, including any nesting height relationship or folding action relevant to the model. If a material or connection changes, approve the affected detail before the revised units are produced, so your quality team is checking the same finished product throughout the order.
Share a color or edge reference across the collection, but approve a complete sample for every distinct structure. A C table, nesting set and folding table differ in support, interface and packing even when the finish matches. Keep each approved drawing with its components, dimensions and assembly state so production and receiving can identify the right finished table.
Define the sales unit first: state the number of tables in every nesting set and the approved size or height sequence. For each design, choose fully assembled or knock-down packing only after a complete trial assembly and carton plan. Record loose hardware, instructions, separators, protected edges and carton labels by SKU or set. Your warehouse can then count the correct pieces and avoid treating one nested component or an unassembled top as a complete table.
Bulk production is typically planned for 10–35 days after the samples and drawings for the included styles, final quantities, materials, hardware, assembly, packing and commercial terms are approved. Agree on an approval cut-off and milestones for material readiness, first-piece review, production inspection and packing by SKU. If you revise a style, set composition or quantity, request an updated schedule for the affected group before committing your launch or replenishment date.
Use the approved sample and drawing for each design, along with its material, color, edge, hardware, assembly, label and carton version. For nesting sets, retain the piece count and size sequence. List changes separately in the new order. The factory can then confirm what can be repeated and what needs a revised sample, quote or production plan.
