Four-Sided Coffee Tables Supplied as Complete Units

A square acrylic coffee table is a finished low table with equal top sides and a defined support. Specify acrylic, glass or mirrored glass by component, then approve the top, supports, fittings and carton as one sales unit. The complete sample establishes corner appearance, edge finish and top-to-base fit. This lets your team compare waterfall, two-tier, cube, X-base and mixed-material designs by actual construction, assembly and packing.
Our Products

Square Waterfall Acrylic Coffee Tables
A formed waterfall body makes top and side panels one visible construction. Confirm equal top sides, corner appearance and protected finished edges.

Square Two-Tier Acrylic Coffee Tables
Two levels add a second component and attachment interface. Specify each tier, spacing, fittings and carton contents as one complete low table.

Square Acrylic Cube Coffee Tables
A low acrylic cube works as a complete coffee table only when its finished top, height, supports and packing match the furniture specification.

Square Acrylic Coffee Tables with X Bases
An X base gives a distinctive support beneath a square top. Fix base position, joints and finished height with the approved sample.

Square Glass-Top Coffee Tables with Acrylic Legs
Here the top is glass and the legs are acrylic. Quote the glass, supports, locating points and separate protective packing together.

Square Acrylic Coffee Tables with Mirrored Tops
A mirrored-glass top, clear acrylic leg posts and a metal frame form this mixed-material table. Approve each component, its contact points and carton protection as one complete unit.
Customization Range

Square Coffee Table Size and Overall Size
Specify equal top width and depth plus finished height for each complete square acrylic coffee table design.

Acrylic Material Type
Record acrylic type, thickness and appearance by top, leg or support, separating glass and mirrored-glass parts.

Square Coffee Table Structure and Use
Choose waterfall, two-tier, cube, X-base or mixed-material construction and fix its complete top-to-base interface.

Surface Treatment
Approve clear, tinted, frosted, printed or engraved acrylic against the actual visible model.

Edge and Corner Finish
Identify all four visible corners and the specified edge profile; apply separate criteria to glass or mirrored tops.

Branding and Personalization
Position logos, item codes and carton labels without obscuring the intended transparent or mirrored appearance.

Hardware and Assembly
List fitting types and locations by construction, then trial-assemble the production-intent complete table.

Packaging and Presentation
Set assembled or KD configuration, hard-part separation and carton identity for acrylic and glass components.
Feature Box
Repeat the Approved Square Finish and Fit
A square acrylic coffee table exposes four corners, straight edges and base position to close comparison. We check the first unit and production pieces against the approved sample for surface finish, joint location and top-to-support fit. Glass or mirrored tops keep their own contact and appearance criteria. Your quality team can assess each complete model against its agreed reference.
Keep Different Builds on One Clear Plan
Waterfall, two-tier and glass-top models use different materials and assembly routes. We confirm each drawing, component source, cutting or forming step, fitting, trial assembly and carton plan before setting production milestones. A change to top material or base prompts a review of the affected design and its schedule. Purchasing and receiving can then work from the revised plan.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups on a complete square acrylic coffee table. We review equal-sided cutting, edge finishing and support interfaces to avoid unnecessary material and processing cost. Acrylic, glass, mirrored-top, assembled and KD options are compared at the same approved quality. Quantity by construction, shared parts, carton volume and order grouping then shape a batch quote that includes protection of the finished table.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut square top and support blanks to each released material and component list, keeping four-side dimensions together.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC edges, slots, holes and locating points follow the approved file for the matching top and base.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We finish specified straight edges and corners, checking the visible result against the sample.

Printing and Engraving
Approved logos or part identifiers follow the product artwork and designated surface position.

Hot bending
For a genuine waterfall or formed support, we heat evenly, shape on its jig, cool in place and inspect form, appearance and fit.

Bonding
Acrylic joints are aligned to the approved geometry; glass or mirrored tops retain their separately specified interface.

Quality Inspection
Checks compare equal top sides, corners, finish, base position, fittings and complete assembly on each model.

Protective Packing
We separate clear faces and glass from hardware, restrain the completed structure and identify its correct carton.
Application

Russia Furniture Importer — August 2025: Waterfall Corners Protected in the Actual Pack
Project: In August 2025, a Russian importer ordered square waterfall acrylic coffee tables with a 700 × 700 mm top and 400 mm finished height.
Client’s Concern: Hard contact inside the carton could mark the long clear faces or corners in transit. The importer could then face damage claims, replacement work and unsellable stock.
Solution: We trial-packed the complete one-piece table rather than a loose panel. Non-abrasive layers separated the visible faces, protected zones covered all four corners, and the carton restrained the table without hard inserts touching clear surfaces. The outer label identified the finished model.
Result: The inspected pack kept the table’s visible faces and corners away from hard carton contact points. The packing fault that could cause visible scuffs was removed before dispatch.

United States Furniture Brand — October 2020: Glass Tops Located on Matching Acrylic Supports
Project: In October 2020, a US furniture brand ordered square glass-top coffee tables with a 760 × 760 mm glass top, acrylic supports and 420 mm finished height.
Client’s Concern: If the four glass locating points did not match the supports, the table could not assemble as approved. A brand receiving incompatible parts would face rework and delayed availability.
Solution: We held the glass outline, support positions and four locating interfaces on one drawing and component list. A table made from production parts was assembled before its glass, supports and fittings were placed in protected carton zones.
Result: The glass seated at all four locations in the completed trial assembly, and checked packs contained the matching support and locating parts. The fit mismatch the brand feared was not present in the inspected units.

Canada Furniture Distributor — May 2024: X-Base Reorders Kept Their Square Outline
Project: In May 2024, a Canadian distributor placed a repeat order for square acrylic coffee tables with X bases, a 650 × 650 mm top and 400 mm finished height.
Client’s Concern: If the top edges or X-base position changed from the previous model, new stock would look inconsistent beside existing stock. The distributor risked complaints or holding mismatched replenishment pieces.
Solution: We used the previously approved complete sample as the reference for all four top edges and the base orientation. The first production table was trial-assembled against it, and subsequent checks used the same visible edge and support positions.
Result: The inspected tables retained the equal-sided outline and X-base orientation; the first assembled unit matched the retained reference at its exposed edges and connection points. The checked units did not show the feared design drift.

FAQ
Ask for a finished-table drawing and bill of materials. The top must have equal sides, while the support, overall height and sales unit must be clear. Identify whether the top is acrylic, glass or mirrored glass and who supplies the frame, legs and connectors. This separates a complete coffee table from a side table, display cube or loose tabletop before you compare suppliers.
Give each supplier the same drawing, equal top dimensions, height, materials by component, visible edge and corner standard, base, fittings, assembly state, quantity and packing scope. Request a complete-unit price and carton details for each design. Check that a glass top, protective separation and fittings are included where specified, so factory prices and freight estimates cover the same finished table.
The starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, with the applicable minimum confirmed for each approved structure, material mix, packing method and quantity split. List waterfall, two-tier, cube, X-base or mixed-material designs as separate SKUs, with the number required for each. A combined total does not automatically satisfy the minimum for every construction. If you intend a trial order followed by replenishment, share both quantities so the factory can assess a workable production plan.
Identify the top, supports, frame and fittings by material and supplier. The drawing should fix equal top sides, edge and corner appearance, base orientation, connection locations and assembled state. For glass or mirrored tops, approve contact points and protective separation with the complete sample. This keeps material scope and component fit clear when comparing quotes and production units.
Use the approved drawing and physical sample to check the four top sides, visible corners, edges, color or mirror appearance, base position, holes, connectors and complete assembly. Compare first pieces, work in progress and finished tables against the same model-specific record; a cube, waterfall and X-base design will not share every checkpoint. If a material, fitting or finish changes, approve the affected detail and its price or schedule effect before it enters the production batch.
Sample production normally takes 3–7 days after your complete drawing, square dimensions, component materials, finish, hardware, assembly, packing requirements and commercial details are confirmed. Approve the physical table’s four sides and corners, visible surfaces, top-to-base fit and any glass or mirror interface. Record the signed sample with its drawing and bill of materials. A photographed top or base alone cannot approve the complete table that your buyers will receive.
You can assess fully assembled or knock-down (KD) packing for each approved design. Trial-assemble the complete table first, then confirm the component list, fitting bag, instructions, carton count and labels. Keep acrylic faces and edges separated from loose hardware; specify individual protection and orientation for any glass or mirrored component. This gives your warehouse a clear receiving unit and lets your freight comparison reflect the actual approved pack, not an assumed carton size.
Bulk production is typically planned for 10–35 days after sample, drawing, quantities, components, packing and commercial terms are approved. Confirm first-piece, inspection and packing milestones for each design. For replenishment, cite the previous order and approved top, base, material, fitting and carton version. Reconfirm any change before setting the new schedule.
