Square Side Tables for Repeatable Furniture Ranges

A square acrylic side table is a finished side or end table with equal top sides, defined height, support and sales unit. It is neither a low coffee table nor a loose panel. Waterfall, glass-shelf, nesting and folding designs have different constructions and packs. We develop a sample from your drawing, recording the four visible corners, support position, component materials and assembly. Your buyer can then compare bulk quotes, cartons and repeat orders on the same basis.
Our Products

Square Waterfall Acrylic Side Tables
A waterfall side table uses a formed top and side body. Approve its four corners, side shape, finished height and protected pack.

Square Two-Tier Acrylic Side Tables
An acrylic top and supports pair with a glass lower shelf and matching fittings. Specify all components as one complete two-tier side table.

Square Acrylic Cube Side Tables
A complete cube side table has a defined top, height, support surfaces and furniture carton; an empty display box is outside this category.

Square Acrylic Side Tables with Formed Legs
Formed acrylic legs add a visible shape and top connection. Trial-assemble the actual leg set before freezing the finished height and pack.

Square Acrylic Nesting Side Table Sets
A nesting set is one specified sales unit. Agree on piece count, top dimensions, height sequence and carton labels together.

Square Folding Acrylic Tray Side Tables
A folding tray table includes its acrylic tray, support and folding fittings. Verify the complete operating and packed state, not just the tray.
Customization Range

Square Side Table Size and Overall Size
Specify equal top width and depth with finished height for every square acrylic side table model or nested set piece.

Acrylic Material Type
Define acrylic grade, thickness and color by top or support; identify glass shelves and metal fittings separately.

Square Side Table Structure and Use
Choose waterfall, two-tier, cube, formed-leg, nesting or folding construction with its complete support relationship.

Surface Treatment
Approve clear, tinted, frosted, printed or engraved appearance on the finished component sample.

Edge and Corner Finish
Record all four exposed corner treatments and straight edge profiles, including shelf edges where applicable.

Branding and Personalization
Place logo, model and set labels where the brand and warehouse can identify the correct complete table.

Hardware and Assembly
List shelf connectors, leg fasteners or folding fittings by model and check their actual assembly.

Packaging and Presentation

Feature Box
Match the Approved Side-Table Sample
A square acrylic side table shows four corners, finished height and top-to-support fit. We check the first unit against the approved sample and drawing, then apply the model-specific measurements, edge and connection checks in production. Two-tier models need their shelves and fittings; nesting sets need their approved size relationships. Your quality team can compare complete furniture rather than separate parts.
Plan Sets and Mixed Structures Reliably
Waterfall, glass-shelf, nesting and folding designs use different components and packing steps. We separate specifications and quantities, then schedule material, forming, fit, inspection and carton checks for each design. A change in set count, shelf material or folding fitting prompts a review of its work and schedule. Purchasing and receiving can plan for the side-table units actually ordered.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups on a complete square acrylic side table. We examine cutting, edge finishing, formed legs, shelf connections and assembly costs, then compare material and packing options at the same approved quality. Quantity by style or set, shared parts, assembled versus KD state, carton volume and order grouping shape the batch quote. The cost and receiving unit remain clear across constructions.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut square top, shelf and support blanks by the approved model and material list.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC profiles and fitting locations match the actual top, shelf, leg or side-panel connection.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We finish straight edges and four visible corners to the approved side-table sample.

Printing and Engraving
Artwork and identification marks are placed on the approved surface for each table or set.

Hot bending
For real waterfall bodies or formed legs, we heat evenly, form on a jig, cool in place and check shape, finish and fit.

Bonding
Joined acrylic parts are held at their assigned positions, with glass shelves and metal fittings retained as separate components.

Quality Inspection
We compare finished height, equal top sides, corners, shelf or leg fit, set relationship and folding action when specified.

Protective Packing
Clear faces and glass stay apart from loose fittings, while sets and folded units keep their own counted carton identity.
Application

Germany Private-Label Furniture Brand — July 2023: Waterfall Side-Table Form Stayed Aligned
Project: In July 2023, a German private-label furniture brand ordered square waterfall acrylic side tables with a 450 × 450 mm top and 520 mm overall height.
Client’s Concern: If the corners or formed sides varied across the order, tables displayed together would look like different products. The brand risked rejecting mixed-looking stock or delaying its launch.
Solution: We used the approved complete sample to set the top outline and finished height. Each body was heated evenly, formed on the same jig and cooled in place. We checked the first finished table against the sample, then monitored corner alignment, side position and ground contact during production.
Result: The inspected tables kept the approved square outline, formed-side position and finished height. The visible variation the brand feared did not appear in the checked production pieces.

Australia Furniture Importer — May 2024: Two-Tier Tables Packed with Matching Shelves
Project: In May 2024, an Australian importer ordered two-tier square side tables with a 500 × 500 mm acrylic top, 540 mm finished height and 400 × 400 mm glass lower shelf.
Client’s Concern: A missing glass shelf or mixed fittings would leave a complete-looking carton that could not be assembled for sale. Sorting replacement parts after arrival would tie up warehouse time and delay deliveries.
Solution: We kept the top, supports, glass shelf and connectors on one model-specific component list. We trial-assembled a production set, then counted the matching shelf and connector bag into each labeled carton, separated from the acrylic faces.
Result: The checked cartons contained the same complete component set used in the trial assembly. No missing shelf or mixed connector set was found in the inspected packs.

United States Furniture Distributor — September 2025: Nesting Reorders Remained Complete Sets
Project: In September 2025, a US distributor reordered square acrylic nesting side tables: a 460 × 460 × 540 mm larger table and a 390 × 390 × 450 mm smaller one.
Client’s Concern: If the smaller table was missing, or the two heights no longer worked together, the replenishment carton could not be sold as the existing two-piece set. The distributor would have to hold stock while correcting the order.
Solution: We compared both finished pieces with the retained approved pair. A production pair was trial-nested, then both tables were counted and labeled as one sales set before the carton was closed.
Result: The inspected small tables nested beneath their matching large tables, and each checked carton held a complete two-piece set. The feared incomplete or mismatched set was not present in those packs.

FAQ
Request the finished drawing, overall height and equal square top sides. Check that support, legs or side panels, shelf, connectors and sales unit are included. Name each component material, especially glass shelves and metal fittings. This separates a complete side table from a low coffee table, display cube or standalone acrylic top before you qualify the supplier.
Give each supplier the same drawing, square top size, height, component materials, edge and corner finish, support, hardware, assembly state, quantity, labels and carton requirements. For nesting tables, quote the full set and piece count. A consistent specification makes quotes reflect the intended finished square acrylic side table and its packing, not different interpretations of the name.
The starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, with the applicable minimum confirmed by design, material, structure, packing and quantity split. Sampling normally takes 3–7 days after your drawing, square dimensions, finish, components, hardware, set composition, packing and commercial details are confirmed. State whether a nesting set is one sales unit and list its pieces. The factory can then assess MOQ and sampling on the correct basis.
Compare each style’s first pieces, work in progress and finished tables with its approved drawing and physical sample. Check all four top sides and corners, visible edges and color, support or leg positions, shelf interfaces, fittings and complete assembly. For folding or nesting models, include the approved movement or set relationship. Record any change to material, hardware or pack separately and approve its effect before the revised version enters the batch.
You can use one agreed color and visible-edge reference to coordinate the range, but approve a complete sample for every distinct structure. A waterfall body, two-tier glass-shelf table and nesting set differ in component scope, connection and packing even if their tops are equally square. Keep each sample with its drawing, bill of materials and carton version. That gives production and receiving teams a specific acceptance standard for every SKU.
Approve the sales unit and carton contents for each model. A nesting set needs its exact piece count and size order; a two-tier design needs the glass or acrylic shelf and fittings identified; a folding model needs its complete frame and hardware. Trial-assemble or fit the product before packing approval, protect visible surfaces and edges from loose parts, and label the carton by SKU or set. This helps your warehouse verify a complete table on receipt.
Bulk production is typically planned for 10–35 days after the approved samples and drawings, final quantities and set counts, materials, fittings, assembly, packing and commercial terms are confirmed. Agree on an approval cut-off and checkpoints for component readiness, first-piece review, inspection and packing. If a glass shelf, formed leg, folding fitting or quantity changes, ask for an updated schedule for the affected style before fixing a replenishment or launch date.
Reference the previous order and approved sample: top and overall dimensions, corners, edges, supports, shelves, hardware, color, assembly, labels and carton version. For nesting sets, retain the piece count and size sequence. List changes explicitly and confirm whether they require a revised sample, quote or production window. Your warehouse and sales channel can then recognize the same finished SKU on replenishment.
