Compact Coffee Tables Built as Complete Low Tables

A small acrylic coffee table is a complete low table for the space in front of seating. JFM develops its top, support and optional lower tier as one finished piece for importers, wholesalers and furniture brands. Finished length, width and height establish the low-table proportions, while the usable top and support footprint determine how the model presents. A complete sample lets buyers approve those proportions, visible edges and the way the parts fit. The actual assembly format and carton dimensions then guide the bulk quote and freight comparison. Buyers can use the same approved sample to check a later batch.
Our Products

Low Square Acrylic Coffee Tables
A broad square acrylic top sits above a low box-like support, making a compact coffee table for central placement.

Arched Acrylic Coffee Tables
A curved acrylic body supports the top and leaves an open arch beneath the low coffee table.

Faceted Round-Base Acrylic Coffee Tables
A compact top sits on a faceted round acrylic base, whose angled faces remain visible below the table.

X-Base Acrylic Coffee Tables
A square acrylic top rests on two crossing acrylic supports, exposing an X-shaped base below the low table.

Waterfall Acrylic Coffee Tables
One continuous acrylic piece forms the top and bends down at both ends to make a low rectangular table.

Greek-Key Acrylic Coffee Tables
A Greek-key-style acrylic coffee table measures 30 × 24 × 18 inches overall, with a low rectangular footprint.
Customization Range

Coffee Table Size and Overall Size
We make compact coffee tables to the approved length, width and height, with a usable top and a proportionate support footprint.

Acrylic Material Type
We offer clear or colored cast acrylic (PMMA) for finished coffee tables, selecting the material specification for the top and support.

Coffee Table Structure and Use
We develop low square, arched, faceted-base, X-base and waterfall forms, adding a lower tier where the complete design allows.

Surface Treatment
We offer glossy or frosted finishes and sandblasted accents on suitable acrylic surfaces.

Edge and Corner Finish
We polish or soften exposed top, side and support edges to match the approved table sample.

Branding and Personalization
We can screen-print, UV-print or engrave branding on suitable surfaces and supply matching product and carton labels.

Hardware and Assembly
We can fit model-specific connectors and feet, then supply suitable designs assembled or with counted fittings for assembly.

Packaging and Presentation
We offer film and nonabrasive separators for polished tops and supports, with cartons sized for the actual assembly format.
Feature Box
Keep the Low Table Proportions Consistent
A small acrylic coffee table needs a usable top and a support proportionate to its low size. We compare the complete sample with front, side and top views, checking finished height, support footprint and any actual lower tier. First-piece and batch checks follow those same dimensions and visible details. Brands and wholesalers can then show one recognizable low center table in their catalogs and compare later units with the model their customers first bought.
Plan Production Around the Packed Table
The carton for a small acrylic coffee table depends on the whole structure, not its top alone. We confirm fittings and assembly format before agreeing production and packing milestones. An arched body may need a different carton from a separate top and base, so we measure the packed sample for the chosen model. Importers can use the resulting carton size and factory schedule to plan freight, warehouse space and a launch.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply removes intermediary markups. We review the top footprint, support shape and acrylic cutting yield to reduce unnecessary material and processing costs while keeping the approved appearance. Where the design permits, we compare formed, bonded and assembled construction and protective packing options for the same low-table use. Quantity per design, assembly state and carton volume affect the batch quote, giving buyers a clear basis for comparing complete-table costs across the range.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut top, support and optional shelf blanks to the approved part list, leaving enough material for the finished edges.

Cutting and CNC Machining
We machine the top outline, support profiles and connections so the finished length, width and height match the complete drawing.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We polish exposed top and support edges and check their appearance on the finished low table.

Printing and Engraving
We apply approved logos or identification marks to suitable parts without changing the visible low-table design.

Hot bending
For a real waterfall or curved arch, we heat acrylic evenly, form it in a dedicated jig and cool it there before checking shape, surface and fit.

Bonding
We bond designed acrylic joints while holding the low top and supports in position, then inspect the visible seams.

Quality Inspection
We check each small acrylic coffee table for finished height, usable top, support footprint, optional shelf, edge finish, fittings and assembly fit.

Protective Packing
We separate polished tops and supports, restrain fittings and confirm the carton for the actual assembled or separated table.
Application

Low center-table proportions confirmed — Russia, February 2026
Project: In February 2026, a furniture brand in Russia ordered small acrylic coffee tables measuring 61 × 60 × 31 cm, with an 8 mm PMMA body. Client’s Concern: Scaling down could produce a tall, narrow side table instead of the low center table shown in its catalog, delaying the range launch. Solution: We checked the usable top, finished height and support footprint on a complete sample, then compared the first production table and later units with its front, side and top views. Result: The finished tables kept the approved broad, low proportions, and the brand accepted them as the center table for its range. The delivered form matched the catalog view.

One complete table protected in a trial carton — Canada, June 2025
Project: In June 2025, a furniture importer in Canada ordered low acrylic coffee tables measuring 61 × 60 × 31 cm. Client’s Concern: If a trial carton mixed parts from different tables or let polished faces touch, the set would need sorting and repacking before dispatch, slowing release. Solution: We packed the top, supports and any fittings as one table set, with film on polished faces and nonabrasive dividers between parts. We closed and handled a trial carton, then reopened it to check the set. Result: The trial pack held one complete table with no mixed parts, and the protected faces remained apart. The set needed no sorting or repacking in that check.

Shelf and fitting sets assembled without rework — United States, September 2020
Project: In September 2020, a furniture wholesaler in the United States ordered low acrylic coffee tables with a lower shelf, measuring 36 × 30 × 18 inches as finished tables. Client’s Concern: A missing shelf, support or fitting would force warehouse staff to rebuild sets and delay delivery to retail accounts. Solution: We trial-assembled one complete table, checked the shelf and support against the same component list, then counted the fittings and identified one table set per carton before closing. Result: The completed sets assembled with the matching shelf and fittings, and the wholesaler accepted the fit and part count. Each carton held one complete table set.

Nesting sizes remain separate SKUs. Carton labels list each size, color, pieces per set, quantity, destination, store, room, or project zone.

FAQ
Judge the complete furniture piece, not the word “small” in a listing. Request overall length, width, finished height, a full-table photograph, and a view of its support footprint. The intended position is in front of seating or at the center of a compact lounge setting, rather than beside an armchair as a high, narrow side table. Agree on the usable top and any lower tier before creating a coffee-table SKU, because no universal centimeter cutoff defines “small.”
Name the structure you want and send one complete-table reference for each: low square, arched, faceted round-base, X-base, waterfall, or Greek-key. For every reference, specify finished dimensions, acrylic and other materials by part, top and support appearance, quantity, and whether a lower tier is included. Ask the supplier to confirm which construction it can actually develop as a low center table. A color variant or an acrylic panel alone is not another finished structure.
Price the same complete table and the same packing format. Give each supplier the finished dimensions, component list, quantity by structure, assembly state, proposed units per carton, destination, and trade term. Request carton length, width, height, and weight for the quoted configuration. A smaller tabletop does not automatically mean a smaller shipping cost: an assembled arch, separate base, or extra protection can change the packed volume. Compare product and freight assumptions together.
The current starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, subject to the selected full-table structure, materials, finish, packaging, and quantity split by design. A regular sample is typically scheduled for 3–7 days once the full specification is confirmed. If you plan several compact structures, show the number needed for each; the minimum may not apply to a mixed assortment as one undivided quantity. Confirm a sample date and order basis for your chosen models before booking a launch.
Compare the complete sample with the approved drawing from top, front, and side views. Check the usable top, finished height, support footprint, visible edge, and the clearance of any real lower tier. A scaled-down photograph can conceal a change in the table’s function or in how its parts connect. Keep the accepted dimensions and complete-table photographs under the SKU so production and product images refer to the same model.
Only if the shelf is included in the approved complete-table version. It affects part count, access, visible proportions, assembly, and the protective pack, so it should appear in the drawing, sample, and quotation. Confirm its actual position and usable clearance on the finished sample. If a later request adds or removes the shelf, treat it as a design revision and ask for an updated cost and carton plan before production.
Compare the packed samples, not just the unboxed dimensions. Fully assembled shipping can simplify receiving, while knock-down packing may reduce carton volume for a design that can be assembled reliably. A knock-down set needs trial assembly, counted fittings, instructions, and clear carton identification. Either format needs protection for polished tops, supports, and any mixed-material parts. Choose after reviewing carton measurements and the work required at the destination.
Regular production is typically 10–35 days after the approved sample, final quantities by design, materials, assembly format, pack, and commercial terms are confirmed. Ask for project milestones that cover the actual mix of low square, arched, or other selected models; a new structure or revised carton may change the plan. For replenishment, retain the complete drawing, accepted sample, fittings list, and pack revision so later orders match the SKU already sold.
