Complete furniture for commercial ranges

JFM develops complete tables, chairs, shelving and storage for brands, importers and wholesalers. Acrylic furniture can be a coordinated range rather than one accent piece. Some designs use acrylic throughout; others pair it with glass, metal, wood or upholstery. If your brief describes the range as lucite furniture, we confirm the actual materials, size, finish and included parts for each finished model before sampling. Your sample and quote then describe the same piece, with a clear reference for bulk production and later orders.

Customization Range

Furniture Size and Overall Size
We make acrylic furniture in model-specific sizes and proportions for dining, seating, storage and other intended uses.

Acrylic Material Type
We offer cast or extruded acrylic where the design allows, selecting the grade, color and thickness for each finished model.

Furniture Structure and Use
For acrylic furniture, we can form, bond or assemble acrylic structures and combine them with suitable glass, metal, wood or upholstery.

Surface Treatment
We offer clear, tinted, opaque and frosted finishes, with sandblasted or printed effects where the design allows.

Edge and Corner Finish
We machine exposed edges, polish the visible surfaces and shape corners for the product design.

Branding and Personalization
We can print or engrave a logo on suitable areas and add model labels or private-label details to the product or pack.

Hardware and AssemblyHardware and Assembly
We can fit model-specific fasteners, brackets and glides, then supply the piece assembled or ready to assemble where practical.

Packaging and Presentation
We design packing around the complete acrylic furniture model, separating vulnerable surfaces, fittings and mixed materials.
Feature Box
Consistent Quality Across a Furniture Range
An acrylic furniture range looks uneven when one model changes color, edge finish or visible hardware. We keep an approved reference for each design and compare production with its material, finish, dimensions and included parts. Checks during production and before packing help keep the pieces consistent across a batch. The same model reference also gives you a clear starting point for a later order.
A Factory Plan You Can Work With
A mixed acrylic furniture order can include several designs with different fittings and packing needs. Once you approve the models and quantities, we set factory dates for materials, samples, production, checks, packing and planned dispatch. You can use those dates to plan a launch or replenishment. If a step changes, we identify the affected model and discuss the revised factory date with you.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Buying acrylic furniture directly from the factory removes an intermediary markup. We look for ways to use material and processing efficiently while keeping the agreed appearance and construction. Material, structure, finish, assembly and protective packing choices can all affect cost. The quantity of each model, shared production work and carton volume shape the batch quote, giving you practical options for your target price.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We saw-cut parts to the drawing for each finished acrylic furniture model.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC machining creates the outlines, openings and connection points needed to assemble each model.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We form suitable parts and polish exposed edges to match the approved shape and finish.

Printing and Engraving
We print or engrave approved artwork and model marks on suitable acrylic areas.

Hot bending
For curved designs, we heat and bend acrylic parts in a fixture, then check their shape.

Bonding
For bonded designs, we position the parts and check the finished joint.

Quality Inspection
We check finished acrylic furniture against its model reference for appearance, dimensions, joints and included parts.

Protective Packing
We protect acrylic furniture surfaces from fittings and mixed materials, then label cartons by complete model.
Application

United States importer — July 2023: listing data candidate
Project: Internal candidate for a United States furniture importer in July 2023. The comparable complete nightstand has three drawers, acrylic legs and a mirrored top; it measures 24 × 17 × 30 in. Client’s Concern: Incorrect finished dimensions, materials or drawer count in a channel listing could mean corrections and returns. Solution: Proposed JFM action is to compare the order drawing, parts list, finished measurements and approved images with the buyer’s listing fields. Result: We have no matching JFM order, corrected listing or buyer acknowledgement. Whether the listing issue was resolved remains unverified. CMS HOLD.

Australia brand — October 2025: quote comparison candidate
Project: Internal candidate for an Australian furniture brand in October 2025. The comparable complete waterfall coffee table measures 48 × 22 × 17 in and uses 1 in acrylic. Client’s Concern: A quote missing the curved structure or carton size could distort the brand’s landed-cost comparison and expected resale margin. Solution: Proposed JFM action is to quote the same finished design with its material, processing, protective pack and carton measurements, then compare feasible options. Result: The actual JFM quote, pack dimensions, buyer choice and cost calculation are unavailable. No saving or margin outcome is verified. CMS HOLD.

Canada wholesaler — September 2024: replenishment candidate
Project: Internal candidate for a Canadian furniture wholesaler in September 2024. The comparable complete acrylic etagere measures 42 × 12 × 84 in and has a 1 in acrylic structure. Client’s Concern: An unannounced change in size or finish on a repeat order could make catalog details and replacement expectations unreliable. Solution: Proposed JFM action is to compare the new order with the earlier approved model, record any change and agree factory dates for the replenishment batch. Result: We have no matching repeat order, version record, dispatch record or buyer acceptance. Whether the concern was resolved remains unverified. CMS HOLD.

FAQ
Classify each piece by its finished use and selling unit. A coffee table serves a central seating area; a side table sits beside seating or a bed; a broader table listing should identify its actual use. A complete shelf includes the structure needed for the intended installation, while a loose panel is a component. Confirm the dimensions, included parts, and product title for each SKU before you build your catalog.
You can propose a mixed assortment, but do not assume that different styles or colors count toward one minimum. The published starting range is 50–200-piece MOQs, depending on the design and configuration; the applicable minimum for each SKU needs to be confirmed in your quote. Share quantities by style, finish, and selling unit, including any sets. The factory can then assess whether any configurations can be combined and state the minimums for your actual order.
One sample can establish a visual direction, but it cannot approve every chair, table, and shelf in a collection. Each distinct structure or material combination needs its own agreed check points, such as fit, appearance, included parts, and assembly where relevant. Before bulk production, identify which physical samples or drawings approve each SKU. If a later order changes a component or finish, record and approve that change against the affected SKU.
Assign responsibility by component before you approve the design or compare quotes. Your product specification should say which party supplies each non-acrylic part, who assembles it, and what will be inspected at the finished-furniture level. Also identify any parts you will supply yourself and the point at which they must be available. For every SKU, confirm these responsibilities in the approved component list and quotation; do not assume a pictured combination is automatically included.
Agree on the exact selling unit: the panels or frame, hardware, tools if needed, instructions, and the number of cartons that belong together. Decide how your warehouse will recognize a complete set and how missing or damaged parts will be reported. Replacement-part types, charges, and fulfillment responsibility should be agreed for each model. A knock-down design may change storage and freight needs, but it also adds an assembly and after-sales task for your channel.
Create one approved record per selling unit with its name, finished and usable dimensions, acrylic and non-acrylic material descriptions, included components, assembly status, carton count, and current images. Match that record to your channel’s fields and barcode ownership before uploading it. The manufacturer can confirm product and packing details against the approved design; your team should approve the final listing and any market-specific claims, since a factory data sheet does not secure platform acceptance.
Only when the scope is explicit. Compare quotes for the same per-SKU specification, quantities, assembly format, protective packing, carton dimensions, destination, and trade term. EXW or FOB and DDU or DDP place different transport and import responsibilities in the calculation; the agreed term must be stated in the order. Ask your freight and customs partners to check charges, classification, and destination taxes for your shipment before you set resale margins.
No. Requirements depend on the finished model, its intended use, and the destination market. A chair may need use-specific structural evidence; a crib, outdoor item, or electrical model may raise different safety, weather-exposure, or electrical questions. Identify the planned market and sales channel early, then have the responsible compliance team list applicable tests, labels, and documents for that exact SKU. The manufacturer can discuss project-specific testing support, but certification must be verified for the product and scope claimed.
