We Build the Top, Base, and Interfaces as One Product

We Trial-Pack Long Clear Parts Before Release
Long tops, tall supports, mixed materials, and exposed polished edges need a pack tied to the released assembly state. We trial protective film, separators, edge protection, long-part support, component restraint, hardware bags, carton orientation, and destination labels with the actual parts. Your team can compare assembled and knock-down packs against the same component list and carton plan. The selected pack remains linked to the SKU and packing record, helping receiving teams identify complete sets while keeping hard components away from clear surfaces.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut tops, side supports, end frames, legs, pedestals, stretchers, fixtures, and packing blanks to the released production dimensions.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Approved production files control profiles, holes, slots, cable openings, inserts, tabletop connections, knock-down hardware positions, and checking references.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We grind, polish, and form exposed, hand-contact, tabletop, formed, and joined edges to the released profile and finish reference.

Printing and Engraving
Approved artwork controls logos, care labels, barcodes, model marks, property codes, destination identifiers, color, reading direction, and position.

Hot bending
Waterfall sides, returns, curved supports, and formed components follow the approved angle, bend radius, direction, height, and checking fixture.

Bonding
Fixtures hold tops, legs, panels, supports, pedestals, stretchers, and mixed-material interfaces in alignment while the approved joining process sets.

Quality Inspection
We inspect overall dimensions, diagonals, surfaces, edges, bends, joints, support positions, floor contact, rear clearance, hardware, assembly, SKU identity, and the released acceptance record.

Protective Packing
The approved pack retains protective film where specified and adds separators, edge protection, long-part support, mixed-material isolation, component restraint, labels, cartons, cases, or pallets.
Application

Canada Furniture Importer Project — November 2024
Project: In November 2024, JFM completed a knock-down trestle-base acrylic console for a Canadian furniture importer’s entryway range. Challenge: The 1,400 × 350 × 760 mm table had to clear a 20 mm baseboard, pack as long flat components, and assemble without site drilling. Solution: We used a 20 mm clear acrylic top, two 740 mm-high end frames cut from 25 mm acrylic, and a 1,015 × 80 × 20 mm stretcher. Eight M8 bolts passed through Ø9 mm clearance holes with stainless backing plates and nylon washers. The rear support edges sat 30 mm forward of the tabletop edge. Result: Trial assembly recorded height within ±2 mm, diagonal difference within 2 mm, rear clearance at 30 ± 1.5 mm, and alignment across all eight connections. The top, frames, stretcher, and labeled hardware packed as one knock-down SKU.

Netherlands Hotel FF&E Project — December 2025
Project: In December 2025, JFM completed a double-pedestal console for a Netherlands hotel FF&E procurement company for a lobby wall with a concealed data-cable route. Challenge: The 1,600 × 400 × 800 mm table had to remain furniture first, clear a wall outlet, and pass one 54 × 24 mm connector without adding electrical parts. Solution: We built a 20 mm acrylic top and two 260 × 320 × 780 mm hollow pedestals from 15 mm panels. A 60 × 30 mm polished slot entered the right pedestal and exited through a 70 × 35 mm rear service opening. Eight M8 connections used Ø9 mm holes, backing plates, and nylon washers. Result: The sample recorded height within ±2 mm, slot position within 1 mm, 3 mm connector clearance on each side, a 45 mm wall service gap, and complete three-part knock-down assembly from the labeled pack.

United States Private-Label Furniture Project — April 2026
Project: In April 2026, JFM completed a cross-base console with two wood-top finish SKUs for a United States private-label furniture brand. Challenge: Both finishes had to share the same clear acrylic bases and hardware so replenishment would not create incompatible parts. Solution: We released a 1,524 × 356 × 762 mm table with an 18 mm veneered wood top and two 25 mm acrylic X-shaped end frames, each 744 mm high and 300 mm deep. Support centerlines sat 254 mm from the ends. Eight M6 bolts passed through Ø7 mm acrylic clearance holes into threaded inserts in the top rails, with nylon washers isolating the surfaces. Result: Trial assembly held support positions within 1.5 mm, left-to-right top overhang within 2 mm, and full interchange across all eight connections. Separate finish codes, top cartons, base packs, hardware bags, and packing lists preserved both SKUs.

FAQ
Start with the way the table will actually be used. Note what guests may place on it, how often staff will move it, and whether it stands on carpet or hard flooring. Ask for stability and load information for the exact design, because sheet thickness alone does not answer those questions. Place the sample in a real or mock-up room and let the operations team use it before approving wider installation.
Show the relationship between the table and the seating, not just a list of overall dimensions. Include the tabletop height beside the armrest, the usable surface, and the floor space required. For a C-shaped model, add the clearance beneath the sofa and the reach over the seat. Photographs beside realistically sized furniture and a short measuring guide help customers rule out a poor fit before ordering.
Provide care instructions that match the actual acrylic and finish. Standard uncoated acrylic is usually cleaned with a soft damp cloth, mild soap, and lukewarm water. Dry rubbing, abrasive pads, and unapproved glass cleaners or solvents can damage the surface. Confirm cleaner compatibility when a hotel or commercial team uses disinfectants. Put the same guidance in the carton and the online listing so staff and customers receive one clear routine.
Add storage when there is a clear item that guests or customers need to keep within reach. Test the shelf or drawer with those items and check access from a seated position. On clear acrylic furniture, stored objects remain visible and can quickly look untidy. Compare a furnished storage sample with an open version before extending the range. The useful option should solve a real need without weakening the clean appearance buyers expect.
Use wheels when staff genuinely need to change a layout or move a shared occasional table. Test rolling effort, noise, floor protection, and the locks on the actual flooring, including rug transitions. Check stability with the intended items in place and decide whether the table must be unloaded before moving. If it will stay beside one chair, fixed feet may be simpler and leave fewer parts for the operations team to maintain.
Check the specific record players the table is meant to hold. Their feet, open dust covers, plugs, cable routes, and operating weight can change the usable space. Ask for suitable load information for the proposed table and test playback where normal foot traffic might cause movement. If the design also stores records, assess that weight separately. Publish the verified dimensions and limits so buyers can judge compatibility before purchase.
Begin with a few designs that do different jobs, such as a sofa table, a bedside option, and a storage model. Use sales history or retailer feedback to set the first mix. Test new colors and shapes in smaller quantities before expanding them. Review sell-through, returns, and margin by SKU instead of using total collection sales alone. Replenish proven designs and keep experimental variants at a level the channel can realistically support.
Look at the finished piece in the same conditions your customer will see. Check its proportions beside seating, the edge finish, visible joints, reflections, and the feel of common contact points. Photograph the sample under normal showroom and product-photography lighting. Then compare it with alternatives at the intended selling price. A premium position needs a convincing product experience and presentation; higher material cost on its own is not enough.
