Complete Clear Shelving for Trade Programs

A clear acrylic shelf order is for a finished multi-level unit: shelves, supports or frame, connections, applicable mounting fittings and packing. Send a drawing, product reference or brief so we can agree on overall size, shelf count, visible clear components and assembly format. The approved physical unit and its bill of materials then define what each bulk unit must contain. For wall and slatwall versions, specify the mating system and who supplies each fitting. We quote the complete saleable unit with its agreed protection and receiving labels.
If you need individual shelf components rather than a complete unit, explore our custom acrylic shelves. For an enclosed storage format, compare our custom acrylic cabinet options.
Our Products

Clear Acrylic Display Shelves
Multi-level display units pair clear shelves with supports in one finished product. Choose the visible faces, number of levels and channel labels for your program.

Clear Acrylic Wall-Mounted Shelves
A multi-level clear acrylic shelf system for the wall includes its supports and defined mounting interface. Share the wall specification so the correct fittings can be agreed before sampling.

Clear Acrylic Slatwall Shelves
These multi-level units include clear shelves and the matching hangers. Send the slatwall profile so we can confirm fit and supply the right fitting set.

Clear Acrylic Countertop Shelves
Self-standing countertop units combine several shelves with side supports or a base. Confirm the footprint, assembly format and carton for each complete unit.

Clear Acrylic Tiered Shelves
Stepped multi-level units keep their shelves and supports together as one product. Specify level spacing, front-edge finish and how the unit should be packed.

Clear Acrylic Freestanding Shelving Units
Floor-standing units pair clear supporting shelves with a frame, feet and connectors. Review the complete assembly and carton contents before ordering.

Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
The approved unit gives us a physical standard for clear tone, edges, joints and shelf alignment. Released drawings and a per-unit bill of materials keep matching supports and fittings with the right model. We compare early and finished units with that standard, then check the packed contents. Your team can assess a clear acrylic shelf order against the same visible and assembly details it approved.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
We set the production plan after the sample, unit configuration, fittings, quantity, assembly format and packing are confirmed. Material preparation, fabrication, inspection and packing then follow the agreed order milestones. If the design changes, we update the affected drawing and schedule before production continues. Your purchasing team can plan replenishment against a documented version and dispatch schedule for each clear acrylic shelf order.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply removes intermediary markups. We review the complete clear acrylic shelf design for efficient cutting, forming and assembly, then compare suitable material, support, fitting and protective-pack choices while keeping the approved finish. Quantity by design, assembled or KD format, carton volume and order grouping affect the batch quote. This lets you choose a cost-competitive configuration and compare prices for the same finished unit.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut identified shelves, supports, backs and base parts with the finishing and assembly allowances in the released drawing.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Released files control profiles, holes, slots and connector positions so matching levels and supports fit together.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We polish or form visible front edges and corners to the approved detail, then check their appearance before assembly.

Printing and Engraving
We apply released logos, unit codes and assembly marks without covering agreed clear viewing areas.

Hot bending
Hot bending applies only to a design with a formed lip, side or return. We heat that component evenly, form the approved angle or radius in a dedicated fixture and cool it there. We then check shape, symmetry, surface appearance and assembly fit.

Bonding
Where a design uses bonded joints, fixtures hold shelves and supports in position while we check alignment and joint appearance.

Quality Inspection
We compare each complete unit with the approved sample and bill of materials for visible faces, alignment, connections, fittings and labels.

Protective Packing
We protect clear faces from hardware and adjacent parts, then check the complete set and its carton and revision labels.
Application

Three-Level Shelf Sets Arrived Complete — Furniture Importer, Austria, May 2024
Project: In May 2024, an Austrian furniture importer ordered three-level countertop clear acrylic shelves, each with three shelves, two side supports and connectors at every level.
Client’s Concern: A carton missing a shelf or connector would leave the importer with incomplete units and extra warehouse sorting before resale.
Solution: JFM machined paired supports from one file, assembled a complete unit to establish its part list, counted the connectors and packed all three protected shelves under one unit label.
Result: Each three-level shelf arrived as a complete set, and the importer accepted the units without missing-part sorting.

Wall Shelves Fitted the Brand's Rail Without Rework — Retail-Display Brand, Singapore, February 2026
Project: In February 2026, a Singapore retail-display brand ordered two-level wall-mounted clear acrylic shelf systems for its own wall rail. The shelf connection used M6 hardware through 6.5 mm holes.
Client’s Concern: If the holes or supplied fittings did not match the rail, installation could stop after delivery and leave display positions empty.
Solution: JFM compared the rail drawing with the complete shelf assembly, trial-fitted the connection and listed which rail parts the brand supplied. We packed the protected shelves with a labeled fitting bag.
Result: The shelves fitted the brand’s rail, and the brand installed them without interface rework or empty display positions.

Four-Level Shelf Reorders Matched Existing Stock — Wholesaler, United States, May 2025
Project: In May 2025, a United States wholesaler repeated a freestanding clear acrylic shelf order. Each four-level unit had four shelves, two side frames, feet and sixteen connection sets.
Client’s Concern: Changed edge finish or frame holes could make replenishment look different or fail to fit the earlier design, forcing batch separation or replacement parts.
Solution: JFM compared the new work with a retained unit, machined frame interfaces to the released drawing, trial-assembled a complete shelf and counted sixteen fittings before packing.
Result: The four-level shelves kept the earlier finish and connection layout, and the wholesaler accepted replenishment without batch separation.

FAQ
A clear acrylic shelf quote covers one finished unit with the agreed shelf count, supports or frame, connectors, base or feet, applicable mounting fittings, branding, assembly state and packing. We list each included item and the material of visible supporting parts. Send a complete-unit reference and quantity by design so prices can be compared on the same scope.
Send the wall or slatwall system specification, mating dimensions and photos. The approved drawing identifies the connection points, included hangers or brackets, and fittings supplied by each party. We check a complete sample against that interface before bulk approval. The quotation and per-unit packing list then follow the agreed fitting scope.
The starting MOQ is 50–200 complete units, depending on levels, structure, finish, mounting interface, assembly format, packing and quantity per design. Sample production is normally 3–7 days after the complete drawing, material, fittings, appearance target and commercial scope are confirmed. Send quantities by model for the applicable minimum and sample start date.
Approve the whole assembled unit or complete KD set, including shelf count, supports, connectors, fittings, branding and packing. Compare clear tone, visible edges and joints, level alignment and surface appearance with the dated drawing and physical sample. Trial assembly shows whether the matching parts fit as intended before you release bulk production.
We compare first units, work in progress and finished units with the approved sample, drawing and bill of materials. Checks cover clear tone, visible edges and joints, level alignment, connection fit, fitting counts, labels and packed contents. A per-unit parts list keeps components with the correct model. Any change to material, holes, fittings or packing needs revised approval for the affected batch.
You can order clear acrylic shelf units assembled or as complete knock-down (KD) sets when the design permits. Confirm the format during sampling because it affects the carton, assembly work, fitting bags, instructions and unit price. For KD, we count shelves, supports and connectors against the per-unit list and separate clear faces from hardware inside the labeled pack.
Bulk production is typically planned for 10–35 days after approval of the complete sample, drawings, quantities, fittings, appearance, assembly format, packing and commercial terms. Structure and order complexity affect the exact period. The order plan records approval cut-off, production, inspection and packing milestones. Tell us about any revision or quantity change so we can reconfirm the schedule.
For a repeat order, send the previous purchase order and approved drawing, sample, bill of materials, fitting interface, labels, assembly format and packing version. List changes by model. We can then check that the next batch has the right matching parts and carton contents and seek new approval for any changed material, fitting, interface or package.
