Complete Round Furniture for Trade Programs

JFM manufactures each round acrylic coffee table as a complete finished product for importers, wholesalers, distributors, furniture brands, and private-label programs. Your released specification identifies the top, base, legs, tiers, mixed-material parts, connections, hardware, finish, assembly state, and packing responsibility. It also fixes the diameter, overall height, base footprint, leg positions, tier spacing, edge profile, and hole locations. We use the approved drawing and sample to compare first pieces, batch units, trial assembly, labels, and carton contents. This gives your purchasing team one defined scope for quotation, production planning, receiving, and repeat orders without mixing in side, dining, console, or component-only products.

Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
A released drawing and approved round acrylic coffee table sample establish the diameter, height, round profile, edges, base or leg positions, tier spacing, connections, holes, hardware, component finishes, assembly, labels, and packing. First-piece, in-process, and final checks use the same reference. This gives purchasing and receiving teams a practical basis for checking bulk and repeat orders before packed goods enter the supply chain.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
We build the round acrylic coffee table production plan after the drawing, approved sample, component materials, finish references, hardware, quantities, assembly state, packing, and commercial terms are confirmed. Material preparation, cutting, machining, forming or bonding, incoming components, first-piece trial assembly, batch inspection, pack approval, and dispatch preparation have clear checkpoints. The quotation and order record the production window and change cut-off so your team can coordinate purchasing and launch decisions.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply removes intermediary markups. Before quoting, we compare top, base, leg, tier, connection, material, forming, bonding, machining, hardware, assembly, and packing routes to remove unnecessary operations while retaining the approved finished standard. We also compare Fully Assembled and KD carton formats where the design permits. Pricing then reflects quantity, design and finish split, bought-in components, assembly state, packing scope, and order grouping for a like-for-like supplier and landed-cost comparison.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
Top, base, leg, tier, support, fixture, and packing parts are identified from the released file before cutting. Protective film and part identity remain controlled for later processing.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Round profiles, holes, slots, pockets, insert positions, hardware interfaces, artwork references, and assembly surfaces follow the approved machining file and retain model and revision identity.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Visible top, base, leg, tier, cutout, and hole edges receive the specified machining, polishing, or forming route before bonding, hardware installation, or assembly.

Printing and Engraving
Logos, item codes, assembly marks, serial references, and labels follow the approved artwork, color, position, reading direction, and product revision while protected surfaces remain covered.

Hot bending
When a design includes formed acrylic parts, the material is heated evenly to the forming condition, placed in a dedicated fixture for the approved angle or radius, and held in the fixture while cooling. We then check the formed shape, angle or radius, symmetry, surface condition, connection location, and fit with the related top, base, legs, tiers, or hardware.

Bonding
Prepared acrylic parts are held in the defined fixture during bonding. We control application and handling, then check alignment, visible joints, surrounding surfaces, round geometry, and fit with connected components.

Quality Inspection
Inspection compares diameter, height, round profile, base or leg positions, tier spacing, holes, hardware, edges, visible surfaces, component finish, trial assembly, labels, and packing readiness.

Protective Packing
Visible acrylic stays separated from glass, metal accents, hardware, tools, and other components. Operators verify film, separators, edge protection, restrained accessories, instructions, carton identity, and component count.
Application

Australia — July 2018: Three-Leg Geometry Stayed Aligned through Packing
Project: An Australian furniture importer ordered fully assembled round acrylic coffee tables in July 2018. Each table had a 900 mm clear top and three acrylic leg panels.
Client’s Concern: Uneven leg positions or damaged visible tops would make tables difficult to sell as one consistent range and could create replacement claims.
Solution: We used one positioning file and assembly fixture for the three-leg layout, checked diameter and height, then protected each finished top with film, separators, foam board, and restrained contact pads in an identified carton.
Result: Production checks held the top and leg positions to the released layout, and finished tables were matched to their cartons. The importer had identifiable, protected complete tables rather than loose components.

Germany — May 2023: Glass, Acrylic, and Hardware Interfaces Matched
Project: A German private-label furniture brand ordered round coffee tables with glass tops, acrylic bases and legs, and metal connection discs in May 2023.
Client’s Concern: Glass holes, acrylic holes, or leg inserts from different suppliers might not align. That would stop assembly and leave the brand with costly replacement work.
Solution: We assigned each component’s responsibility, used one connection pattern, assembled a complete table with the specified fittings, and separated glass from acrylic in the pack.
Result: Trial-assembled components fitted the released pattern, and the top, base, legs, and hardware were reconciled as complete sets. The brand avoided a connection mismatch between the supplied materials.

United Kingdom — April 2020: KD Storage Sets Reconciled for Receiving
Project: A United Kingdom furniture wholesaler ordered flat-packed two-tier round acrylic coffee tables in April 2020. Each set had a top, lower shelf, three supports, and fittings.
Client’s Concern: A shifted hole or missing fastener could make a boxed table impossible to build. The wholesaler would have to replace parts or accept returns.
Solution: We drilled components from one file, assembled a complete table from production parts, bagged and labeled the fasteners, separated the visible surfaces, and included illustrated instructions with each numbered carton.
Result: The checked top, shelf, and supports fitted together at the approved tier gap. Packing checks accounted for every component and hardware bag in each set, leaving complete kits for the wholesaler.

FAQ
You can develop clear or iridescent round tables, storage or two-tier versions, glass-top or accent-material combinations, and pedestal, three-leg, or multi-leg structures, subject to review of the complete design. Your specification should define the finished table, not only a round top. Confirm every top, base, leg, tier, connection, hardware item, finish, assembly state, and supplier responsibility before sampling.
You should provide a drawing or reference, top diameter, overall height, base footprint, top, base, leg and tier materials, leg count and positions, tier spacing, edges, connection points, holes, inserts, hardware, finish, mixed-material responsibilities, assembly format, quantities, branding, packing needs, and destination. This lets suppliers quote the same complete construction and prevents a low price from hiding missing components, trial assembly, or packing work.
Your typical MOQ is 50–200 pieces, depending on the construction, materials, finish, hardware, packing, and quantity split by design. Sample production is typically 3–7 days after your complete drawing, component responsibilities, assembly method, quantity plan, and commercial details are confirmed. If your collection includes several structures or finishes, list each quantity so the factory can confirm a workable sample and order plan.
Your approved drawing and physical sample should define top diameter, overall height, edge profile, base or leg arrangement, tier spacing, connection points, holes, inserts, hardware, surface finish, and assembly fit. Use the same criteria for first-piece, in-process, and finished-goods comparisons. For mixed-material designs, identify the material and finish of every component so substitutions are not accepted without your review.
Your inspection plan should cover the round profile, dimensions, edges, base or leg group, tiers, connections, holes, inserts, hardware, finishes, trial assembly, labels, and packing preparation. Agree on checkpoints before production starts. If you change a component, finish, connection, hardware item, assembly state, or packing method after approval, pause the affected work and confirm the revised detail, price, and schedule before production continues.
You can choose Fully Assembled, KD, or selected-component separation when the construction permits. Confirm the format during sampling because it affects connection fit, trial assembly, hardware packs, instructions, carton planning, and channel handling. Your packing trial should separate the top, base, legs, tiers, hardware, and dissimilar materials where required, protect visible surfaces and edges, and identify every part by SKU for receiving and assembly.
Bulk production is typically 10–35 days after your approved sample, final quantities and design split, component materials and finishes, hardware, assembly format, packing method, and commercial terms are confirmed. Complex mixed-material or multi-design orders may require a different window. Your quotation or order confirmation should record the agreed schedule, approval cut-off, and any customer-supplied component that could affect the production start.
For each repeat order, reference your previous purchase order, approved drawing and sample, top, base, legs and tier specifications, connections, hardware, finishes, assembly state, labels, and packing instructions. List every requested change instead of assuming the earlier version still applies. If a component, material, finish, connection, assembly, or packing detail changes, approve the affected sample or first piece again before bulk production begins.
