Complete Round Side Tables for Furniture Ranges

A round acrylic side table sits beside a sofa, chair or bed. Its circular top, support and any lower tiers form one complete piece. Depending on the design, it can be all acrylic, have an acrylic top with metal legs, or pair a glass top with acrylic legs. Importers, wholesalers and furniture brands can choose the diameter, finished height, support position and edge profile that fit their range. JFM builds a complete sample so buyers can see how the parts fit, decide whether the table ships assembled, and approve a protective carton for repeat orders.
Our Products

Round Column-Base Acrylic Side Tables
A circular acrylic top rises from a central column and round base to make a single-tier side table.

Round Two-Tier Acrylic Side Tables
Two circular acrylic surfaces sit one above the other on upright supports, giving the side table a distinct lower tier.

Round Three-Tier Acrylic Side Tables
Three circular acrylic tiers share an upright support, leaving each surface visible and accessible from the side.

Round Acrylic-Top Metal-Leg Side Tables
A round acrylic top sits on exposed metal legs, making both materials visible in the finished side table.

Round Glass-Top Acrylic-Leg Side Tables
A circular glass top sits above acrylic legs joined by metal connectors; the mixed materials remain visible from every side.

Stackable Round Acrylic-Top Patio Side Tables
An acrylic round top sits in an aluminum frame shaped so identical side tables can stack for storage.
Customization Range

Side Table Size and Overall Size
We make circular tops in project-specific diameters and match each one with the chosen height, base footprint and tier spacing.

Acrylic Material Type
We offer clear and colored cast acrylic (PMMA) for finished side tables, selecting the material specification for each approved design.

Side Table Structure and Use
We develop column bases, tiered supports and mixed-material models, with the top and feet designed as one complete side table.

Surface Treatment
We offer glossy or frosted finishes and sandblasted accents on suitable acrylic surfaces.

Edge and Corner Finish
We polish the exposed circular edges and can soften other handled edges to suit the finished table.

Branding and Personalization
We can screen-print, UV-print or engrave a logo on suitable table parts, with matching product and carton labels.

Hardware and Assembly
We can fit connectors and feet for the selected design, then supply the table assembled or with a counted fitting set.

Packaging and Presentation
We offer film, nonabrasive separators and circular-edge protection, with glass, metal and fittings separated where the model includes them.
Feature Box
The Same Round Table Across the Batch
A round top that sits off center, or tiers that vary in height, stand out when side tables are displayed together. We compare the first finished table and later units with the approved whole-table sample for circular edges, support position, tier spacing and fittings. Mixed-material designs are checked as assembled pieces too. This gives brands and wholesalers a consistent look across a batch and reduces sorting or assembly work caused by mismatched parts.
A Production Plan for Every Table Part
A circular top is ready to ship only when its support, fittings and protective carton are ready too. Once the whole table and pack are approved, we schedule the acrylic work alongside any glass or metal parts. Trial assembly and a packed-sample check show that each carton contains what is needed for a sellable table. Importers can plan launches or replenishment against the agreed production and dispatch milestones.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Buying directly from the factory removes intermediary markups. We examine the circular cut, support structure and edge work for ways to reduce material waste or processing time while keeping the approved appearance. For suitable designs, we compare all-acrylic and mixed-material construction, assembled and knock-down supply, and protective packs. Quantity per design, assembly format and carton volume all affect the bulk quote. Buyers can compare the cost of complete tables and plan repeat orders on the same specification.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut the top, tier, column and base blanks to the approved part list, leaving enough material for finished circular edges.

Cutting and CNC Machining
We machine the round profiles and support connections so top, lower tiers and base meet in the intended position.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We polish the exposed circumference and smooth handled edges before fitting the supports.

Printing and Engraving
We print or engrave approved marks on suitable acrylic parts, then check their position on the assembled table.

Hot bending
For genuinely bent supports, we heat the acrylic evenly, form it in a dedicated jig and cool it there before checking shape, surface and fit.

Bonding
We bond acrylic supports where the design calls for them and check visible joints and top-to-base alignment on the complete table.

Quality Inspection
We compare the finished top, support position, tier spacing, edges, fittings and floor contact with the accepted whole-table sample.

Protective Packing
We separate polished acrylic from glass, metal and loose fittings and check that the packed parts make one complete table.
Application

Round tops and bases fitted at assembly — Germany, July 2023
Project: In July 2023, a furniture importer in Germany ordered round acrylic side tables with a 50 cm top, central support and 55 cm finished height. Client’s Concern: An off-center connection could make warehouse assembly fail, delaying its range launch. Solution: We matched the top and support drawings, trial-assembled a complete table, and checked the first-piece connector position. In-process checks and a final sample checked that the top, base and fittings matched the reference before each set was packed. Result: The tables assembled in the approved centered form, and the importer accepted the completed sets for its launch. Each carton carried the matching top, support, base and fittings for one table.

Two circular tiers matched in display — United Kingdom, November 2018
Project: In November 2018, a furniture wholesaler in the United Kingdom ordered two-tier round acrylic side tables with 40 cm upper and lower tiers and a 55 cm finished height. Client’s Concern: Uneven tier positions or different circular edge profiles would make tables look mismatched side by side, forcing sorting before retail display. Solution: We kept one complete table as the reference, checked the first finished unit for tier spacing and support alignment, then compared later units during production and by final sampling. Result: The finished tables presented the same tier positions and polished circular edges as the accepted reference. The wholesaler accepted the matched tables for its range.

Glass and acrylic separated in a trial pack — Italy, March 2022
Project: In March 2022, a furniture brand in Italy ordered 40 cm round glass-top side tables with acrylic legs, metal connectors and a 55 cm finished height. Client’s Concern: Glass, fittings and polished acrylic could rub during packing and handling, marking visible faces before display and creating replacement work. Solution: We placed a nonabrasive separator between each glass and acrylic face, secured the metal fittings in their own pouch, and cushioned the circular edges in a one-table trial carton. We checked the set again after handling it. Result: When the trial carton was reopened, the protected faces and fittings remained separated, with all parts for one table together.

FAQ
A round acrylic side table is a complete table intended beside seating or a bed, with its top, supports, base, and any fittings specified together. A round coffee table is a lower central piece with a different use and product listing. For a purchase order, identify the finished height, top diameter, support design, and placement role. That prevents a supplier from quoting only a circular top or supplying a low center table under the same name.
Choose by the complete table your customers will receive. A column base gives a single-top silhouette; two or three tiers add distinct storage and extra parts to pack. Acrylic-top metal-leg and glass-top acrylic-leg designs need their materials stated by component. A stackable model requires the actual stacking design to be approved. Ask for one finished reference per construction, then compare appearance, assembly, and packed size rather than treating a color change as a new structure.
Send the same finished-table drawing or reference to each supplier, with top diameter, overall height, support and tier details, materials by component, finish, and quantity for each design. State whether you need fully assembled or knock-down units, the intended carton count, destination, and trade term. Check that each price covers the same table, fittings, and protective pack. A quote for a loose acrylic top cannot be compared with one for a complete mixed-material table.
The current starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, depending on the approved construction, materials, finish, packaging, and quantity split by design. A regular sample is typically scheduled for 3–7 days after the complete specification is confirmed. If your range includes two-tier or mixed-material versions, show the quantity for each rather than treating them as one style. Confirm the minimum and sample date for the exact finished-table design before setting a launch plan.
Approve a complete assembled table, not only a top or material swatch. Check the visible circular edge, the position of the support under the top, the tier relationship where applicable, foot details, and the appearance of any metal or glass connection. Record the accepted drawing revision and photographs with the physical sample. These give you one comparison point for the first production table and reduce disputes about what was actually approved.
Use one approved complete-table version for the top, support, visible edge, fittings, and finish. At the first finished unit, compare those features with the sample and resolve any difference before the remaining tables are packed. Keep a written record of changes to the drawing or component list. For a mixed-material model, include the glass or metal part in the same version check so the finished batch matches your product listing.
Choose the format after comparing the actual carton dimensions and the work your receiving team can handle. An assembled table avoids on-site joining but needs protection around the circular edge and separation between exposed surfaces. A knock-down pack needs a trial assembly, counted fittings, instructions, and labels that identify every carton in one complete table. Approve a packed sample for the chosen format before using its freight estimate in your landed-cost calculation.
Regular production is typically 10–35 days after the approved sample, final quantities, material and fitting choices, packing method, and commercial terms are confirmed. Agree on production, packing, and planned dispatch milestones for the actual mix of designs and components. Keep the table drawing, approved sample, component list, and carton revision under one model code; use that record when you request a repeat batch.
