Complete round acrylic table supply

A round acrylic table collection may cover coffee, dining, side, bar, patio and wedding designs, but a circular top does not make them interchangeable. Define each complete table by top diameter, height, support or base, component materials and assembly state. We develop a sample from your drawing or reference for each design. Acrylic and any metal, glass or wood parts are assigned by component, with supply and assembly responsibility clear. Design-specific inspection and carton identity help your team compare quotes, receive complete sets and reorder the approved version.
Our Products

Round Acrylic Coffee Tables
A low coffee-table design pairs its circular top with a defined base and connection. Review details on the dedicated coffee-table page.

Round Acrylic Dining Tables
A dining-height round table needs its own top, support and assembly approval. The dedicated dining-table page handles detailed model choices.

Round Acrylic Side Tables
A compact round side table remains a complete unit with its own base and carton. See its dedicated page for model-level decisions.

Round Acrylic Bar Tables
A bar-height round acrylic table is specified as a complete design. Confirm top, support, base and assembly state before quoting.

Round Acrylic Patio Tables
A round patio table can combine an acrylic top and another base material. Identify each component and its project-specific environment requirements.

Round Acrylic Wedding Tables
A finished round acrylic table for event use has a top, support and base. Define assembly, protective pack and destination allocation for the order.
Customization Range

Table Type and Overall Size
State coffee, dining, side, bar, patio or wedding use, then specify top diameter and finished height for each round acrylic table design.

Top and Base Materials
Identify acrylic grade and thickness for the top and support, plus any metal, glass or wood parts and their supplier.

Base and Connection Design
Define pedestal, legs or formed support with top-to-base locating and fastener details for each round table.

Surface and Color
Approve clear or tinted appearance against a complete sample, keeping material references separate across mixed components.

Circular Edge Finish
Record visible edge profile and finish on the actual diameter and material, not only a small swatch.

Branding and Labels
Place your brand, model code and version on the product or pack without obscuring the selected clear finish.

Hardware and Assembly
List the connection set and trial-assembly method for each table type; do not reuse one base specification across models.

Packaging and Presentation
Set assembled or knock-down packs, surface separators, carton count and identity by complete table design.
Feature Box
Consistent Complete-Table Quality
Top circularity, visible edges and support position are easy to compare across a round acrylic table batch. We use a complete sample and drawing for each design, then check the top, base interface, color, connection and assembled appearance against them. Coffee, dining and side models keep separate checkpoints even when they share a finish. Buyers can inspect replenishment against the approved selling unit.
Reliable Mixed-Model Planning
A round acrylic table order may mix heights, bases, materials and cartons. We separate each approved design, quantity and parts list before scheduling material, machining or forming, assembly, inspection and packing. A base or color revision is reviewed against its affected model and timeline. Purchasing can coordinate a mixed launch or repeat order without assuming one sample or production route covers the range.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct costing covers the complete round acrylic table: top, support, base, hardware, finish and protective pack. We compare top sizes, part nesting, joints, assembly state and carton volume against the approved design. Quotes identify quantity and component responsibility by table type, enabling like-for-like comparisons. Shared material or finish choices may improve batch efficiency while coffee, dining and side models retain distinct costs and receiving scopes.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut round top blanks and support parts to the released cutting list, keeping each round acrylic table type identified.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC profiles, connection holes and locating features follow the approved file for that complete table design.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Exposed top and foot edges are finished against the sample reference before parts move to forming or assembly.

Printing and Engraving
Logo or part identification follows the approved artwork and location without confusing the visible table finish.

Hot bending
Where a design uses curved acrylic supports, we heat evenly, form on a dedicated jig, cool in place and check the final profile.

Bonding
Separate acrylic components use controlled joining positions; mixed-material interfaces are identified by supplier and assembly responsibility.

Quality Inspection
Checks compare top size, edge, color, support position, hardware and assembled appearance with each design reference.

Protective Packing
We separate clear faces from fittings, restrain the base and match each carton to the correct table model.
Application

United States Importer — March 2024: Round Top and Pedestal Stayed Aligned
Project: A United States furniture importer ordered round acrylic side tables in March 2024. Each had a 500 mm clear top, an acrylic pedestal, and a circular base.
Client’s Concern: If the pedestal or fixings shifted between units, finished tables would look off-center. The importer could face rejected stock or extra assembly checks before resale.
Solution: We fixed the four-point connection pattern on the approved complete sample, checked the pedestal position against the top, and used the same top-to-base reference during production assembly.
Result: The finished tables kept their tops centered over the specified pedestal and base. The importer received the same assembled appearance it had approved, without the visible offset it feared.

United States Furniture Brand — October 2024: Revised Round Table Build Stayed Separate
Project: A United States furniture brand revised its round acrylic dining table from an 800 mm to a 900 mm top in October 2024. The revised table used a 400 mm metal base.
Client’s Concern: Parts or cartons from the retired version could slip into the launch order, leaving tables that did not match the new listing and causing replacement work.
Solution: We separated the old and revised component lists, built a complete sample with the 900 mm top, and matched the support, assembly instructions, and cartons to that revised table.
Result: The completed order used the 900 mm top and matching support throughout its finished packs. The brand avoided receiving the retired 800 mm build under its revised product listing.

Canada Wholesaler — October 2025: Two Round Table Types Stayed as Complete Sets
Project: A Canadian furniture wholesaler ordered 700 mm round coffee tables and 450 mm round side tables in October 2025. Each model had its own pedestal and base.
Client’s Concern: Similar clear parts could be mixed between models. A mismatched carton would not assemble into the listed table, tying up saleable stock while the buyer sorted components.
Solution: We kept separate part lists, connection references, and carton identities for the two diameters. We matched each top, pedestal, base, and fitting set before packing.
Result: The finished shipment kept coffee-table components separate from side-table components. Each boxed model could be identified as one complete table without sorting loose parts after dispatch.

FAQ
Identify whether each complete table is a coffee, dining, side, bar, patio, or event design before requesting a quote. Similar round tops can need different supports, heights, materials, connections, and cartons. Give each design its own drawing, quantity, and approved selling unit. A loose round tabletop or display riser should be specified separately. This lets you compare suppliers and direct each table type to the right product page and purchase record.
Send the same complete-unit specification to each supplier: table type, top diameter and thickness, overall height, top and support materials, base design, visible edge, connection method, finish, assembly state, packing, destination, and quantity by SKU. Identify any glass, metal, or wood component explicitly. Ask who supplies and assembles each component. You can then compare a delivered round table rather than a low price that covers only a top or a different base.
The starting MOQ is 50–200 pieces, with the exact minimum confirmed for each design, finish, material mix, and quantity split. Sample production is generally 3–7 days after the drawing or reference, component specification, assembly and packing requirements, and commercial details are complete and confirmed. List coffee, dining, side, or other models separately; a sample of one table type does not approve the construction or carton of another.
Use a shared color or edge reference to coordinate the range, but approve a complete sample for each distinct table design. The same round top can meet a different support, connector, or base across coffee, dining, and side tables. Record the top-to-support position, visible joint, finish, hardware, and assembled result for each SKU. That gives your team a usable acceptance standard without confusing common appearance with identical construction.
Check first pieces and finished units against the approved sample and drawing for each SKU. Relevant points are the circular top profile, visible edge and color, centering and fit of the support, joint finish, hardware, assembly result, and matching carton label. Keep inspection records separate by table type. If a base, material, or pack changes, approve the affected version before applying it to the remaining quantity.
Approve an assembled or knock-down (KD) state for every table SKU. A KD set needs an identified top, support, base, fasteners, and instructions; an assembled unit needs protection for its finished top, edges, and joints. Confirm the carton count and part list during sampling, then label cartons by model and destination allocation. Your warehouse can receive each complete table without mixing bases or hardware between styles.
Bulk production is typically planned within 10–35 days after samples, drawings, quantities by SKU, materials, hardware, assembly, packing, and order terms are approved. The exact window depends on the mix and complexity of table types. Agree an approval cut-off and separate readiness milestones for each model, including inspection and cartons. Your order confirmation should show how those groups will be combined for dispatch to the agreed destination.
For each SKU, retain the approved drawing and sample, top and base material specifications, circular edge and color reference, connection and hardware list, assembly instructions, and packing version. State the new quantity by model and identify changes instead of relying on a general “same as before” instruction. If a top, base, or joint changes, approve its effect on the complete table before the next production lot.
