Complete Wall-Mounted Shelf Sets for Trade Supply

A wall mounted acrylic shelf is supplied as a usable display or storage set, with the shelf, mounting interface, specified supports and fittings identified together. We develop each design from a drawing or sample for display buyers, importers and private-label brands. Floating, corner, picture-ledge and two-tier models require different fixing details even when their clear finish is alike. Approve the complete sample and its visible edges, then quote the same parts and protection the buyer will receive.
Our Products

Wall-Mounted Acrylic Display Shelves
A display shelf includes its finished ledge and specified display-system interface. Match the front edge, fixing pattern and complete set to your retail fixture.

Floating Acrylic Wall Shelves
Concealed support changes the installed appearance. Confirm the finished shelf depth, hidden fixing points and included support parts before quoting the complete unit.

Acrylic Corner Wall Shelves
A corner shelf fits two meeting wall faces. Specify its finished angle, exposed edge, hole pattern and mounting parts as one sales unit.

Acrylic Bathroom Wall Shelves
A bathroom wall shelf needs a defined storage surface and mounting set. Confirm the intended environment, finish and supplied fittings for each design.

Acrylic Picture Ledges
A shallow ledge holds framed items behind a front lip. Set the ledge depth, lip profile and mounting pattern on the complete product.
Customization Range

Wall Shelf Size and Overall Size
Set shelf length, depth, lip height if used and installed overall envelope for each finished wall-shelf model.

Acrylic Material Type
Specify acrylic type, color and thickness by shelf, lip or support, and identify any metal fittings separately.

Wall Shelf Structure and Use
Choose floating, bracketed, corner, ledge or integrated-tier construction and match it to the intended installation interface.

Surface Treatment
Approve clear, colored, frosted, printed or engraved visible surfaces against the finished sample for the selected model.

Edge and Corner Finish
Define front, side and exposed corner profiles, including the lip edge that remains visible after installation.

Branding and Personalization
Position logos and model marks where they remain legible without confusing the installer or changing the visible shelf standard.

Hardware and Assembly
List supplied brackets, rods, fasteners and instructions against the approved hole or slot pattern and set count.

Packaging and Presentation
Separate clear faces from fittings and identify each shelf, bracket group and destination carton as one finished set.
Feature Box
Consistent Shelf and Mounting Fit
Repeatable wall-shelf orders depend on the approved visible edge and mounting fit. We check hole or slot positions, support fit and finish on the first assembled unit and during production. Keeping that drawing and component version with the order helps your installation team receive compatible replacements.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
A multi-location order needs shelves and installation parts ready together. Once the wall or display-system interface, fitting list, set count and pack are agreed, we coordinate machining, finish, inspection and packing around the confirmed schedule. The quotation and order specify production and planned dispatch dates so project teams can allocate finished sets by store.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
We cut shelf and lip blanks to the approved model list, keeping each finished shelf size tied to its mounting set.

Cutting and CNC Machining
CNC profiles, holes and slots follow the released interface drawing so bracket positions and shelf parts pair correctly.

Edge Polishing and Forming
We finish exposed edges and any specified lip profile, then compare the visible perimeter with the complete sample.

Printing and Engraving
Logo or model marks follow approved artwork and position without obscuring mounting identifiers.

Hot bending
Where a shelf has a formed front lip, heated acrylic is shaped on its jig, cooled in place and checked against the lip profile.

Bonding
If the approved design uses a joined lip or support, the parts are positioned to the released joint line and checked after assembly.

Quality Inspection
We check finished dimensions, edge appearance, hole positions, fitting count and trial fit against the approved complete shelf version.

Protective Packing
Clear faces and front lips are separated from metal fittings; each labeled carton carries the matching shelf and component group.
Application

Shelf-and-Bracket Fit Let a Chain Buyer Install Without Redrilling — France, July 2023
Project: In July 2023, a French chain-store buyer ordered clear wall shelves for repeated display positions. Each shelf measured 600 × 180 × 8 mm, with two 7 mm clearance holes on 500 mm centers for an M6 bracket connection.
Client’s Concern: A changed hole pattern could force installers to drill on site or search for replacement brackets, delaying store displays.
Solution: We compared a complete shelf-and-bracket set with the interface drawing and kept the same drilling jig and fitting list for production checks.
Result: The checked shelves kept the 500 mm hole centers and matching bracket parts. The buyer accepted the fit and installed the shelves without site drilling.

Picture Ledges Met a Display Brand's Side-by-Side Standard — Italy, May 2024
Project: In May 2024, an Italian display brand ordered clear picture ledges measuring 500 × 120 × 8 mm, with a 20 mm front lip and two 7 mm holes on 400 mm centers.
Client’s Concern: If front lips or exposed edges varied, adjacent ledges would form an uneven display line. The brand could have to sort stock before presenting them as one range.
Solution: We kept one finished ledge as the reference for lip height and edge appearance, compared the first production piece with it, and used the same reference for later checks.
Result: The inspected ledges retained the 20 mm lip and exposed edge finish. The brand accepted them for a side-by-side display without sorting for lip or edge differences.

Two Shelf Sizes Cleared Importer Receiving Without Repacking — United States, March 2025
Project: In March 2025, a US importer ordered wall shelves in 450 × 150 mm and 600 × 150 mm sizes, each with matching brackets, M6 fasteners, and instructions.
Client’s Concern: Similar shelf sizes could be packed or labeled under the wrong model code. The importer would have to reopen cartons and correct retail kits before resale.
Solution: We assigned a separate code and hole drawing to each size, trial-assembled each kit, and matched the fittings and instructions to the correct labeled carton.
Result: Each inspected carton carried the correct shelf size, hardware, and instructions under its own model code. The importer accepted both sizes without reopening cartons to correct model or hardware pairings.

FAQ
Your purchase specification should name the finished shelf, its support or mounting interface, and every bracket, fastener, template or instruction that JFM is expected to supply. Wall anchors may depend on the destination wall and installer, so allocate that responsibility before pricing. Approve one assembled or trial-fitted set and an itemized pack list. This lets you compare complete kits and prevents a bare panel from being mistaken for an installable product.
Tell JFM whether each location uses a direct wall fixing, slatwall, gridwall or another existing display interface; a floating support is only one possible configuration. Provide the relevant fixing positions or system dimensions and identify who selects the wall anchors. Use that interface for the sample fit check, then keep its drawing and hardware version with the order. Do not assume the same kit fits different walls without checking the installed system.
Send a finished-product image or drawing, shelf length and depth, front lip if needed, visible finish, mounting method, support positions, and the hardware you want included. State quantities per design or location, packaging needs, destination and target order date. Ask that the quotation identify the complete set and its packing scope. Prices are only comparable when both suppliers include the same shelf, mounting components and delivery basis.
JFM lists 50–200-piece MOQs and 3–7-day sample production for custom furniture work. The applicable MOQ is confirmed for your approved shelf design and hardware configuration; the sample clock starts once the drawing, materials, finish and mounting details are agreed. Allow time for a trial fit and any revision before approving bulk production. Your quotation should state the actual threshold and dated sample plan for this shelf set.
Approve the whole shelf set, including its visible edge, front lip, hole or slot positions, support fit and supplied hardware. Record the drawing revision and a sample or clear acceptance photos, then use those same references for the first production set and in-process checks. If an installer or retailer changes the wall interface, approve the change before bulk assembly. That avoids mixing visually similar shelves with incompatible mounting kits.
Decide whether each carton represents one shelf set, one store position or a project allocation, then list the shelf, supports, hardware and instructions against that unit. Separate visible acrylic surfaces from metal components and protect any projecting front lip. Put the correct kit identifier on the carton and packing list so your warehouse can match components before dispatch to each location. Confirm the final protection and carton plan against the approved set.
JFM publishes 10–35-day bulk production schedules; the exact production period depends on your quantity and design complexity. Confirm the approved shelf and mounting drawing, hardware supply, sample decision, packaging scope and order conditions before the production clock is set. If different stores need different fixing kits, show the quantities and versions separately. The quotation and order plan should then state the production and planned dispatch dates for each approved configuration.
Keep the approved shelf drawing, finish and visible-edge reference, mounting interface, hardware bill, pack list and carton label version together under one product code. On reorders, compare the new order against that record before changing a bracket, anchor responsibility or package. Tell JFM which previous version you need and identify any store-system changes in writing. A matching appearance alone does not prove that old and new installation kits are interchangeable.
