Complete Office-Chair Programs for Trade Buyers

JFM builds complete acrylic office chair programs around one approved specification covering the acrylic seat and back, arms or upholstery, base, gas lift, swivel or tilt mechanism, casters or fixed feet, hardware, labels, assembly state, and packing. Each acrylic office chair is checked against the drawing and sample for dimensions, hole positions, seat-height range, component fit, appearance, functions, and carton contents. Fully Assembled and KD options are reviewed for freight, warehouse, and channel-installation needs. Send your drawing, quantity by model, destination, and schedule for quotation.

Feature Box
Consistent Quality from Sample to Bulk
One released drawing, component list, and complete acrylic office chair sample control shell geometry, holes, seat height, base and mechanism fit, casters, arms or upholstery, surfaces, functions, hardware, labels, and packing. First-piece, in-process, and final checks use the same points for bulk and repeat-order comparison.
Reliable Production and Delivery Planning
We set the production plan after the drawing, sample, component list, quantity, assembly state, and packing are confirmed. Acrylic work, purchased bases and mechanisms, first-piece assembly, batch inspection, and packout follow defined checkpoints. Written changes enter the current specification before production continues, keeping scope and schedule aligned.
Competitive Factory Pricing
Factory-direct supply reduces intermediary markups. Manufacturability review aligns shell geometry, proven components, common hardware, processing, assembly, and packing before quotation. Batch pricing reflects material, structure, process, quantity, model split, assembly format, carton volume, and bulk order grouping, removing avoidable cost while preserving the approved scope.
Manufacturing Process

Electronic Saw Cutting
Acrylic seat, back, arm, reinforcement, fixture, and packing parts are identified before cutting, with allowances for machining, polishing, forming, bonding, and complete-chair assembly.

Cutting and CNC Machining
Seat and back profiles, slots, holes, insert seats, upholstery locations, and base or mechanism interfaces follow the approved file and retain model identity.

Edge Polishing and Forming
Visible seat, back, arm, cutout, and hole edges receive the specified polish or forming route before exposed transitions and contact areas are checked.

Printing and Engraving
Logos, item codes, assembly marks, and labels follow the approved artwork, color, position, direction, and model while protected acrylic surfaces remain covered.

Hot bending
Where specified, acrylic parts are heated evenly, shaped in a dedicated mould or fixture, and held while cooling in the fixture. We then check angle or radius, symmetry, surface condition, hole relationship, and assembly fit.

Bonding
Prepared acrylic parts and reinforcements are held in fixtures during bonding. We control application, then check alignment, visible joints, surrounding surfaces, and component fit.

Quality Inspection
Each acrylic office chair is checked for dimensions, seat height, shell shape, holes, component fit, casters or glides, hardware, surfaces, functions, labels, and packing.

Protective Packing
Visible acrylic stays separated from metal parts, hardware, casters, and tools. Operators verify surface protection, component restraints, hardware kits, carton identity, assembly state, and marks.
Application

Canada — April 2020: Rolling Chair Kits Assembled Across Both Lots
Project: A Canadian furniture importer ordered 96 flat-packed acrylic office chairs in April 2020 across two lots. The chairs combined clear shells, gas lifts, metal bases, and casters.
Client’s Concern: Shifted mounting holes or missing components could make chairs impossible to build, leaving the importer with returns or warehouse rework.
Solution: We fixed the shell-to-plate connection drawing, checked holes with a gauge, built a first chair, counted hardware, and matched each complete set to its carton at both lot handoffs.
Result: The checked connections and seat heights met the recorded order limits, and all 96 sets were linked to 96 cartons. The importer had matched build kits across the two lots.

Netherlands — May 2022: Visitor Chairs Matched Across Two Batches
Project: A Netherlands furniture brand ordered 64 fixed-base visitor chairs with clear acrylic shells and arms in May 2022, produced in two batches.
Client’s Concern: Different arm positions, shell curves, or base holes could make chairs look inconsistent or assemble poorly, risking rejected stock.
Solution: We used the same forming fixture, arm and hole gauges, base template, and appearance reference, then assembled a complete chair for fit checks before each batch was packed.
Result: Checked holes, dimensions, and assembled diagonals stayed within their recorded limits. All 64 chairs were identified in 64 cartons, keeping both batches on the approved chair design.

Italy — May 2025: Upholstered Chair Kits Stayed Consistent Across Releases
Project: An Italian office-furniture distributor ordered 120 upholstered rolling chairs with clear acrylic backs in May 2025 across three releases.
Client’s Concern: A different upholstery attachment, mechanism position, or hardware pack could make later chairs unlike the first release and create assembly complaints.
Solution: We used the agreed material reference, back and mechanism gauges, a complete chair build per release, and a counted fastener list tied to each flat-packed carton.
Result: Checked connection and seat-height positions stayed within the recorded limits, and all 120 complete sets were linked to their cartons by release. The distributor had one assembly version through replenishment.

FAQ
You should confirm that the manufacturer manages the complete chair, including the acrylic seat or back, base, gas lift, swivel or tilt mechanism, casters or fixed feet, hardware, assembly, and packing. Ask for a component list, approved drawing, sample plan, inspection checkpoints, and packing format so your quotation covers the same deliverable you expect to receive.
You should compare each supplier’s responsibility for acrylic parts, metal bases, gas lifts, mechanisms, casters, upholstery, fasteners, assembly, and final inspection. Provide your chair type, dimensions, component specifications, target market, quantity, and packing preference. Your supplier should return a defined scope that can be used consistently for quotation, sampling, bulk production, spare parts, and repeat orders.
You can plan for a 50–200-piece MOQ, with the exact starting quantity confirmed by design, finish, mechanism, SKU split, assembly format, and packing requirement. Send your quantity by model, annual forecast, destination, and Fully Assembled or KD preference. You will then receive a quotation that aligns component purchasing, production setup, carton planning, and replenishment with your wholesale program.
You can develop a custom chair from your drawing, physical sample, product image, BOM, or existing SKU. Provide overall dimensions, seat-height range, acrylic appearance, arms or upholstery, base, gas lift, mechanism, casters or fixed feet, hardware, branding, and packing. These details are reviewed for manufacturability and converted into a sample and bulk-production scope for your approval.
You should approve the drawing, component list, sample, and appearance standard before bulk production. Inspection then compares acrylic shape and surface, hole positions, component fit, seat height, base and gas-lift assembly, caster insertion, hardware completeness, movement functions, labels, and packing with the approved requirements. Your shipment is released against the confirmed product and packing scope, not a generic chair checklist.
You receive a complete sample for checking after the drawing, BOM, materials, mechanism, finish, assembly state, and packing scope are confirmed. Sample production normally takes 3–7 days from that confirmation point. You should approve dimensions, appearance, component fit, functions, hardware, labels, instructions, and packing; the signed sample and approved documents then guide your bulk order.
You can choose Fully Assembled or KD after confirming the chair structure, destination, carton limit, channel installation ability, and freight priorities. For KD packing, you should approve the trial assembly, hole alignment, hardware kit, spare parts, instructions, labels, and carton plan. For assembled packing, you should approve component protection, movement restraint, surface separation, and the final carton configuration before production packing.
You receive a 10–35-day bulk production schedule after the approved sample or specification, quantity, components, packing, and commercial terms are confirmed; the exact timing depends on order quantity and product complexity. For repeat orders, provide your previous order number or approved sample and list every change. Your current order is then reconfirmed against drawings, components, finishes, assembly, labels, and packing.
